SLOT Scheduling Booking App

SLOT is perfect for our need. We offer a 45' free appointments for communion dresses in our small boutique. The app embeds very well within our store, it's easy to customise and tweak with small CSS knowledge too and the most important part is that support is excellent. They have a AI agent that solves most basic queries but when need to talk to a human there is always one available. They solve 2 enhancements/bugs? we needed within 30'. This is the only app I’ve found so far that makes it possible to place the booking calendar on other pages besides the product pages. The customer service is also great. I 10/10 recommend this app! Had an issue, had it resolved quickly by their support team. I appreciate the timely response and manner in which my issue was resolved. Product is good and will recommend. Thank you for your review. We just tested your app and found no issues with the limitation rule you have in place; please refer to our tests created for 5/26/23. After 3 appointments were made we were unable to make a 4th. Clark is very helpful. I installed this app a year ago, it done what I wanted but after a year I noticed several things I wanted to see could be improved. I messaged Clark and he jumped on even after hours and started going to work on my concerns. 1 Year update! They have been amazing with helping us get what we needed for our store. We had a few needs that are different than other stores. anytime we have a question or issue they are so quick to respond. 20/10 would highly recommend We needed something that worked with our existing site. We tried several external scheduling apps but this one did what we needed. I love how it worked within our website so we did not have to add external links. I had installed another scheduling app previous to finding this app by Copilot but I found it was lacking some features and was too difficult to get up and running. After I installed the app and started to get into the little details I found myself in the "I need some help" situation. True to the other reviews I was able to quickly connect with Clark through the chat portal and within minutes was able explain what I needed and then was walked through the process very efficiently so that I could get on with the rest of the set up. I'm happy to say that with my minimal to non existent web building skills that I now have a fantastic functioning scheduling system that works how I envisioned it. Great work by the Copilot team for building the app and the product support. Do yourself a favour and install this one first!

Needed this app because of the COVID legislation here in Belgium that obliges customers to take appointment to come to physical, non-essential shops, and have a proof (sms, email...) of their appointment on their phone. I needed an app that will allow customers to set up an appointment to shop in person at my studio. I liked what this app had to offer and downloaded it. It was easy to set up however I needed a way for people to navigate from the banner to set up the appointment and when I contacted Clark he answered and was readily available to help make it easy and gave options to make the navigation for the customer simpler.
