It's easy to use

Sent a chat to Minta and I instantly received a reply back from Shafta. I was very happy how quick of a response I received. The error seemed to be my own and not Minta. I have to say I really like what they've done with all the products and the video designs, awesome and looks fantastic! UPDATE: Had to get a hold of the team chat due to product and vides not matching. I was able to chat with Alex, and he was patient, helpful and very quick. He also gave me instructions on what I would or could do on my end, and crossing my fingers. Thanks, Alex!!

It is indeed an amazing app ,I have only a day with and I am very impressed so far,the only thing that throw me out a bit was the pricing with extra charges if over limit> I did contact customer service and ask for clarifications,everything has been explain ,Minta Social app has youtube videos ,very helpful FAQ detailed ,my only concern were the charges over and from what I understood will be only if you go over limit with AI videos. I will be back after a period with more feedback,while I am still testing it

Nice App. Overall customer support from Shafta and Riya was amazing.I really enjoy the fact that I can promote my discounts through the logo and promotion in the brand kit. The music choices are my favorites and the templates are very professional. I only wish we could add unlimited text when creating the video s. Otherwise Minta is the best option for small businesses on a budget which is why I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars.

Alex was such a big help. For some odd reason my post stopped automating for Tiktok. He knew exactly what needed to correct the issue. He also took the time to show me how to see my other post in the planner as i thought there were only 3 at a time. I am a first time user for Minta and i love it so far. Good app for auto social media posting. I have been using it in another store, and it worked well. Unlike other apps, this app allows you to chat with their customer service if you are on a free subscription. Customer service Rep Alex was very helpful.

I tried Minta last year and had some issues using with more than one store. They must have had other users with the same issue because they fixed the problem. I just tried it again and now I love it! Minta Social Video Auto Post is quite clever and producing short videos to post in my social media accounts by utilising the information available in the webisite through its AI technology. Once it's linked the autopilot does everything so I don't need to spend my time to create posts! It's all set in the monthly planner. Another good thing is that human support is instantly available. I am really loving this app. Have been using for a while and the content it produces is high quality. It is also very fast, you can change content very quick. I'm updating my review. It's a terrible app. I'm deleting it within my subscription period because it is a waste of $$. Definitely buy a competitor AI programs. Some of them create fantastic videos, this does not. Old review I initially left a negative review but had misunderstood my order. Avraham was fantastic in resolving my queries. He is an asset to the company (and is I'm sure not being paid enough). Thanks Avraham, and apologies to the customer service team for any inconvenience caused.

5 STARS. I had a small issue at 1st. Avrham set up a video meeting to discuss my issue and resolved it immediately. I love using the service. It gets my store alot of views. I would suggest it for anyone struggling with sales.

I gave the app a 1 before and I agreed to give them another go after very very good customer servIce.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing. Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme. When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.
