Shri helped me today and he was amazing! Quick service, and fixed my problem straight away! Can't wait to see these new implementations. So I'm a few weeks in and I really like it. Need to create more for more orders, but hopefully it goes great. I'm a couple months in and the customer care is amazing! Took a few times, but they fixed the problem. Highly recommend this app.
I really like how nicely the reviews show up on the website. So far, so good.
The customer service I've received from this APP is TOP KNOTCH! They fixed the problems in a timely manner, and helped me understand how to better use the APP to my advantage and budget. Highly recommend!!!

We still use the basic service. This app leaves alot to be desired though, even paying for all the features.

So I've worked with MANY people at this company, and all I can say is WOW! They are growing, and fast! Along with that comes growing pains as well. I'm happy to say, so far, every problem is met with swift solution with a smile! This is how customer service should be. Special mention to Faustina tonight! She helped me on 3 issues. Also, Jaylene as she has been here from the beginning always ready to help with anything I've needed to be successful. Great company to work with.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from Synclogics in the last few hours. I've had synclogics for over 1 1/2 years and never had a need for help until now. They got back to me with resolve immediately and it's so appreciated. Love this App! Game changing for my biz.
Just finished and seems super easy. :) Hope this works correctly as i'm hearing this is a great way to get the word out about your business. Seemed easy, hoping I did it correct.
The best part about this APP is the level of customer service I always receive when I need help. Of course the reports are super easy and amazing too. :)
This team is TOP KNOTCH!!! They held my hand thru the entire set up, and really just made this a nice experience even though I was worried it would be hard. It was not hard at all. Even referred my boutique bestie and she signed on too. Here's to many APP Sales! :)
