There is definitely a learning curve to using Mirakl Connect, but once it is set up right it is a huge unlock for business across multiple marketplaces. Of all the ways to connect shopify to a Mirakl marketplace, this would have to be the worst. The most frustrating thing about it is the utterly hopeless AI help assistant that just send you around in circles. Foreget about opening a ticket, because that requires you to pay the $500/month subscription.

No customer service - horrible integration

We use the Mirakl platform for two marketplaces and were happy to find this connector. It would save us a lot of time by automatically creating orders instead of having to create and process them manually. However, we discovered that no VAT line is being sent! This should normally work in an order sync tool, right? We use other sync tools for different marketplaces that do include this by default. Very disappointing. Hopefully, there is a solution for this.

I have been working with Mirakl for 5 months and I must say it's great. It does take a while to set up and understand so be patient but once you have know what you're doing it's a brilliant system. Great support from all of the team.

This app absolutely sucks. I am an enterprise user and pay a monthly fee of over $500 to automatically transform the data into the retailer channel's specifications. 4 months later, I am still not fully live with the retailers and have done countless hours of manual work. However, I was forced to sign a 12-month contract at the beginning, so I am currently stuck with it. the staff at Mirakl Connect really tries to help, but the technology is so bad, there is not much they can do.

Good connector, orders flow correcly from Mirkal Markeplaces to Shopify, without any issue. Easy to set-up with good documentation. Also up to 25K€ gmv it is for free vs other aggregators that can be expensive for small companies like us

A terrible app that inserts fields into Shopify without permission that can't be deleted afterwards, and it also has no real support. Stay away from this app, it ends up causing damage to the store that is then very difficult to repair.

Connecting the Shopify App to the Mirakl Account does not work (Internal server error #500). Very bad experience and no available customer support to get help, only an useless AI chatbot. We’ve been using Mirakl Connect to sync B&Q marketplace orders with Shopify, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The app fails to transfer essential VAT information from Mirakl into Shopify, so every order appears as zero VAT. This is completely incorrect and makes the orders unusable for invoicing or accounting. This is not a minor issue. It creates real problems for tax compliance and financial reporting. Support confirmed that this limitation is known. There is no way to map additional fields, and no built-in tools to generate correct invoices. If you need accurate tax handling, proper order records, or anything beyond the bare minimum sync, this app will not meet your needs. We've used the Mirakl app for the last 6 months to allow us access to a specific marketplace. It was really simple to set up and has worked seamlessly to sync products, stock, orders and despatch info. We can't fault it.

Il me permet de gagner du temps dans la gestion de mes opérations. Toutes mes commandes Decathlon et Amazon arrivent sur mon shopify et sont transmises à mon logisticien qui gère ma marque de nutrition sportive Mulebar. Gros gain de temps aussi pour la synchronisation des numéros de tracking qui remontent chez Decathlon et Amazon.

L’intégration du connecteur Shopify de Mirakl Connect a grandement simplifié la gestion de mon activité marketplace pour ma marque de masques anti-pollution Frogmask. La synchronisation automatique des stocks, des prix et des commandes entre ma boutique Shopify et les différentes marketplaces Mirakl est un vrai atout. Plus besoin de jongler entre plusieurs plateformes : tout est centralisé et actualisé en temps réel, ce qui limite grandement les erreurs de stock ou de tarification. Le connecteur est simple à configurer et à utiliser au quotidien. La gestion des commandes marketplace directement depuis Shopify me fait gagner un temps précieux. Terrible app we are force to use it because of a client i have been contacting them for over a week to speak with someone because there is a technical problem and they wont even answer me i use many other plattform never had happen that there is an issue and nobody to contact as well all of the answers are ready answers they dont even reed whats the issue i ship and manage many accounts never had such an issues as this company if you can dont use them hopefully after they see this messge someone will contact me

When we install the Mirakl Connect app in the shopify app store, it shows Stock locations not synchronized. And always redirect to this page when we click the confirm button. We stopped using this app because it feels incomplete. I hope they add more functionality soon. We had to custom build two connectors in place of this.

I have been using Mirakl for years and it has been a great addition to our business. The customer support is useless for any technical issue with the marketplaces, but except that all good. 4 out 5 just because of their customer support not assisting with anything when we had issues with a marketplace selling our prices at a different prices that indicated.

We have a Connect account in the USA and Canada. The integration with our marketplaces via Shopify has been very stable and easy to manage. Orders reach our ERP system automatically. Payment processing has been painless. We have successfully on boarded with some major retailers in Canada and USA and watched our business grow. Support from our Mirakl account manager has been excellent. This a great tool to grow your ecomm business and have quick and effective communications with potential retail market places. It would take forever to find the proper contact in these large retailers and they take their marketplace business very seriously.

I understand the criticism below but for basic use of the order and stock synchronization, it's more than enough compared to the competition that costs a lot of money. So we're overall very happy with the Mirakl connection, even though we're waiting for more functionality in the upcoming year.

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

Does not sync order cancellations or refunds, so you have to have your sellers do this manually in Mirakl. A real headache.

poor integration, it fails on updates, it fails on delivery and customer service. poor integration with delivery companies. the sync between pricing and product inventory is not seamless and causes issues. If there is another platform, that would work better then that is where we will go.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.
