Une excellente application Shopify, très pratique et efficace ! L’installation et la prise en main se sont très bien passées, et l’application répond parfaitement à nos besoins. Me guio paso a paso para ajustar la posición del botón de WhatsApp en móvil, porque se superponía con la barra fija de compra de mi tienda. Lo probé en mi celular y quedó solucionado, sin cambiar la posición en computadora. ¡Gracias por la paciencia y la ayuda!

Really happy with this one. The chat button was live on our store in minutes, and whenever I needed help with the setup the support team came back fast and sorted it straight away, no back and forth over days. Very accommodating and they clearly want you to get it working. Great free app.

I installed the Moose WhatsApp Chat Button app, but it initially wasn't working on my store. I reached out to their support team, and they handled everything amazingly well. After I gave them staff access, their team investigated the issue and resolved it in about 40 minutes. It turned out the problem was a coding conflict within my theme, not the app itself, but they fixed it smoothly anyway. Excellent service and highly dedicated team!

La aplicacion es muy buena y tiene un excelente servicio de soporte, me atendio Paige, el servicio lo ofrecen en ingles, pero pregunte que si podia hablar en español y me dijo que claro que sí, en muchas otras app no te ofren ese tipo de comodidad, me parecio perfecto, y la verad 100% recomendada.
