TrueProfit has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. I was struggling to get a clear picture of my real profit, drowning in a sea of spreadsheets and complex costs from Shopify Payments, PayPal, and ad platforms. This app solved all of that in a heartbeat. It provides a crystal-clear dashboard showing my exact net profit, allowing me to make smarter business decisions. But what truly sets TrueProfit apart is their customer support. I had an issue setting up my costs and reached out to their team. I was fortunate to be helped by Durra. Her assistance was nothing short of amazing—she was incredibly fast, patient, and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process step-by-step and made sure I fully understood how to get it right. TrueProfit is an outstanding app, and the support I received from Durra made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
