It was easy to set up and our wholesalers have confirmed that the process is easy from shopping directly on our site under their account and with access to wholesale prices to checking out. Incredible! I switched from Back in Stock which I'd been with for 6+ years because their support took days to get back to me and wasn't helpful. Within 5 minutes, I found this app to have all the same features + more AND Sam customized the look to match exactly what I'd been trying to get Back in Stock to consider for weeks. Excellent- look no further. Literally start to finish 10 minutes and it was up and running perfectly!

Integration was as quick and simple as it gets. Kevin walked me through the demo and had me ready to jump on the opportunity to install by the end of the explanation. Within minutes, we had it up on our site (or was it seconds?). I'm beyond impressed with the app's easy-to-navigate dashboard, analytics, and overall thought put into Polls Platform. Absolutely incredible app that takes features we were using multiple apps for and combines them into one ridiculously easy-to-use interface. In particular, their back-in-stock alerts, upsells, and size charts have been beneficial for Midori bikinis. The support is bar-none amazing, quick and assisted me with getting the apps to look exactly how I'd envisioned them.

This app was everything I was looking for. While it didn't install automatically, the developer was beyond quick to get back to me and ensure it was properly added. They then assisted me with decreasing the font size to look perfect on our site. Sales have already increased as a result of customers not having to spend so much time clicking on products before finding out whether or not they're in stock in their size. Fabulous app and team. It did all we required of a Pre-Order app and the customer support was superb down to a few small customizations needed for our site. Unfortunately our supplier timeframes were not reliable so we've had to uninstall but when they are on-time we will certainly consider bringing it back.

Dan was so insightful and truly instrumental in getting our site speed to surpass anything that would have been possible without Superspeed Google's Page Speed app. Now we're running quicker than ever and in a better position to place better on Google. The work was quick and exceeded expectations!

Absolutely love it, the easiest to use- most importantly it integrates directly with Shopify so there's no exporting lists, etc. Can't wait to see how it does! Already set up one automated campaign also. Customer service is on it!

Excellent from the initial demo through publishing Okendo live on our site. While we were very happy with our past reviews platform, it didn't afford us the opportunity to add custom forms and attributes in such an attractive layout. Our site's overall professional feel was vastly improved and customers can now feel more confident purchasing after reading the measurements of other women with body types similar to their own. This app is a no-brainer and while we even worked with YotPo for years, Okendo far exceeds them in regards to the care they have for their clients, dedicated support staff, customizability, and user-friendly interface. UPDATE: Okendo continues to prove to be the best of the best with superior customer service. They've gone above and beyond to be there for Midori anytime we need it. I just downloaded this app this morning, it was seamless to set up and integrated beautifully with our checkout page. I've seen platforms like Narvar charge hundreds of dollars for just as much a month. This app has far exceeded my expectations and the customer support (Alex is the best!!) was beyond spectacular!

We tried this app out a few years back and I regret to say that I didn't give it more of a chance then. Once I had time to really dive into all of the features it offers, I was blown away at what it could do for our store. The customer service was beyond anything I've ever experienced and surpassed all expectations. We now have a custom section on each product page that allows recommendations to show that match each top and bottom, essentially giving customers the option to "complete the set." So thankful for the team and all their assistance! Our upsells are already significant.

The support and features at ReturnGo surpass that of any return platform we've used to date! Incredibly, they are also the most affordable. We've been through Return Magic, Loop Returns, etc., and with the new automation capabilities through ReturnGo, they're not right in line with the big players in the game- at a price you can't beat! Support is top-notch and integration is simple and seamless.

I've tried at least five different form builders and so far this was certainly easy to set up and has worked the best. For some reason with others, many of our customers have had error warnings and issues submitting. I had one small snag with installation and Danielle helped me out very quickly! I highly, highly recommend it.

I cannot recommend this app enough. Within two days of adding funnels post-checkout, we already had multiple orders with cross-sales. The support is far superior to any I've received to date from any other app. They went through our catalog and saved me hours creating manual funnels on their end for our use. So grateful for Jonathan and the team. We can't wait to continue watching our success through Honeycom!

Excellent customer support, they were able to customize our integration so that the discount showed directly in the cart drawer. Quick customer service and while we ran into a bit of a snag with discounts taking a bit to load during our heavy traffic it still worked terrifically. Highly recommend!

FourSixty has been our go to for a shoppable Instagram gallery for at least two years. The support is fantastic and Dan in particular was a huge help in getting our new theme all set up recently, looking better than ever!

This app is absolutely fantastic. While much of our inventory sells out in particular sizes relatively fast, it is often difficult for customers to go through each product to see what variant is in stock. Now, with Collection Filter, customers are able to simply select their stock to view the inventory that's available in their size. As I didn't have enough experience with coding to feel confident setting it up myself, I emailed support and Marius replied to me confirming the app had been installed in under 12 hours. From there, he was also helpful in customizing the look of the filter to check boxes rather than drop downs, responding to my replies within a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this app and it comes with peace of mind knowing great support is backing you up each step of the way!

Wonderful, easy to use app complete with fantastic customer service! We love how the customer logins are compatible with signing up of our monthly e-newsletter so we don't miss out on sign ups in that arena!

Absolutely necessary app. Our customers were all over it as soon as it came out, over 140 utilized it on the first day and we are looking forward to seeing our increase in sales when customers are notified that there desired product is back in stock. As a company that tends to run out of inventory options faster than we can keep our products in stock this app has already erased many of the burdens of answering tedious emails from customers about when a particular item will again be available. Customer service was the best out of any app we've come across as of yet. Matt was able to work with us to implement the coding into our template and helped us every step of the way, getting back to us right away with each question we had and following up after completing his work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Liked the idea of the app but because I only have a specific number of products in stock at a time and this allows wholesalers to purchase "infinity" amounts above the quantity I have it set doesn't work for me. Other than that, after uninstalling it messed up the variants in my store and I had to have an expert at shopify go back through to fix the coding.

Absolutely love ShipStation! It has made the shipping process much faster than any other method I have tried. Customer service is great, readily available, and efficient. My customers and company are both impressed by the new low rates Midori Bikinis is able to offer, rates only ShipStation offers. Highly Recommended!

Great, convenient app for enhancing the appearance of e-mails sent through Shopify such as the order confirmation and shipping notifications! Easy to use and integrated in a manner that is also simple to understand. Awesome, quick-responding customer service. I use the free version which allows me solely to edit Shopify's email templates but have heard good things about the other plans as well. Definitely recommend!
