This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. So, no matter the time difference, you would find someone to respond to your question or request. A special shoutout to our agent, Linnea Pan, who is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. L’application Easify Product Options est exactement ce qu’il me fallait ! Elle permet de gérer des options produits de manière simple et fluide, sans avoir à créer des variantes à rallonge dans Shopify. L’interface est intuitive, les possibilités de personnalisation sont nombreuses, et le rendu côté client est vraiment clair. Un gros plus : le support est hyper réactif et efficace, disponible pour répondre et trouver une solution rapidement.

Peut-être avez-vous comme moi utilisé préalablement des applications du même type qui étaient des usines à gaz. Avec Customall, c'est simple et rapide à mettre en oeuvre car cette application est très bien conçue, intuitive et puissante. Et si, comme il se doit, vous devez vous familiariser au départ avec la manière de faire, l'équipe est au top et super disponible. Je me suis abonnée car je vais à la fois pouvoir proposer sur mon site mes propres produits avec mes propres mock-up, en les enrichissant avec de nouvelles options faciles à mettre en oeuvre, mais également utiliser les leur pour créer de nouveaux produits. Je suis ravie !
