We only have downloaded the app so I can not give that a full review as of yet . But the customer service has been very good to help with some things I needed to sort out from my end . I will come back again after some usage of the app . Luxury Interiors . Ireland .
I hope the DEV team can "skin in the game" and consider sending more complete data. Currently, the "Browser ID (fbp)" and "Click ID (fbc)" fields are missing, causing Ads Manager to be slower to identify users. This app only received an 8 out of 10 rating from EventsManager for its data submissions. *Edite 16.3.2026: OnePixel has completed fixed this issues. I confirmed it. Relatively easy to setup, only complaint is the annoying ad popups that get in the way of using the app. Would be nice if they supported custom events and more destinations.

10/10 customer support, I've been stuck on an facebook pixel error the whole and couldn't figure it out, even contacting facebook themself couldn't solve the problem.

No longer do I have to deal with Facebook pixel problems! Additionally, if there are any issues that arise with the event matching, I can get great support from the OnePixel team - Harper was very helpful and identified a FB issue which we are investigating. If I don't ever have to speak to FB support again, I will be a happy person :) As a small business owner, I have to do a lot myself but being able to get on a call with their staff who were very good at explaining things to me, is very valuable and saves me a lot of time in the long run.

The app is amazing and it allows you functionality that you can not do without it. It really makes a difference in the tracking, saves a lot of time on custom coding especially the manual pixel events which could be tricky at times and are very hard to configure to 100%. Support is friendly and helpful as well! Recommended!

I like this app, because it allows me to track my data, I don't use the pixel configuration on my store using facebook anymore but I use this app which I find much more useful
