Just started using the app to sync a second tiktok shop to my shopify. Was struggling a bit to set up, When asked for help Hazel was very quick to respond and was very helpful to sort the issue for me.

The default TikTok Connector app doesn't work for us because we had already created our TikTok listings and there is no way to sync existing products in TikTok to Shopify. This app solves for that as well as a lot of other nice features. Friendly support and they are pretty quick to help.

The app does exactly what you need it to do, if you have issues with the TikTok app, give this one a go for sure. Malik & Laibaaftb were amazing and helped with any issues and onboarding.

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended. Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1. I would strongly recommend this app to all.

Optima Team was a tremendous help during our store setup for TikTok. With special mentions to Laiba and Waheed, who were very helpful in answering our queries and fix our issues. There were a lot of restrictions and unknowns when setting up the connecting between our store and TikTok but the Optima Team helped with several customisation and speedily resolved them. These guys really helped me out! My TTS was not working, not syncing with Shopify using ANY of the apps from the app store.
