You are leaving money on the table if you don't try Socioh. My Socioh "Test" campaign became my highest-performing campaign within two weeks of launching on Meta. Karan and his team make it easy for you from design to implementation. I was skeptical at first, but the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.

Love this app, but the team behind it so much more! We launched on Shopify in Oct 2022, but we have been using the app for approx 1 year before that on Woocommerce. We've always loved the ability to do custom catalogs, and the Socioh team's commitment to help their customers be successful despite challenges in the advertising marketplace is admirable. Strong recommend!
Amazing support and great looking catalogs. Karan and Tarun have been incredibly helpful not just in helping learn and navigate the platform, but also designed some creatives for us that performed incredibly well during black friday. Looking forward to seeing how their attribution solution continues to roll out in 2023
Karan, Tarun, Sahiba and Dheeraj have simply provided the BEST support we have seen so far on Shopify App since 2012! Their knowledge on FB / IG is quite impressive. Not only they were able to bring so much value to our DPAs by giving them a unique look. They were also able to solve our catalog issues that no one else were able to do in the past year. Socioh is a must to every merchant who is looking to increase their ROAS by getting amazing audience and campaign creation tools. They basically make everything much easier in terms of advertising :)
All brand and marketers have been effected by the IoS update in some way shape or form; everyone is looking for any edge to increase performance. Socioh has been that edge for us. It's technology has made incremental improvements for us, fast, with all major metrics, in a very efficient, practical manner. Every member of my team from media buyer, to marketing manager, to our head of content, to our CMO is ecstatic to dig in deeper and harness the technology even further. I highly recommend this app!
I had some issues in setting up but more the facebook pixel issue, customer service is awesome, totally helped get us set up correctly and now ads are running, there is so much potential on ways we can set-up ads based on the customer experience. I think this will be a powerful tool for us.

Socioh is one of the best all-in-one platforms to run your Ads across social media. It takes the complexity out out creating your marketing funnel and can break down an audience to target flawlessly. Plus, the Socioh team helped me out creating a funnel that works for my budget and audience. Couldn't recommend enough. My ROAS has been between 2x-3x starting off the past 3 months, so I will update a few months later as my ads continue to run.
We have been working with Socioh for just over 6 months. Our experience has been excellent! We began using the full agency subscription transitioning to the DIY subscription later on. This transition was seamless thanks to the help from Tarun and Bidisha. Socioh makes posting Facebook Ads unbelievably easy, including custom audiences, easy to understand analytics and creative templates to use!! In addition to the easy setup of ads, the team at Socioh is so helpful! They are always monitoring our account and letting us know if we need to improve anything, meeting with me monthly to talk about said improvements/changes. I can not say enough good things about Socioh!
I've been using Socioh for a couple of months now, and honestly, I'm saving money just by unsubscribing to other tools I was using for creating catalogs, scheduling my posts, creating retargeting ads, and managing audiences - it does everything. Designing catalogs is a breeze. My products already looked good in their designs out of the box, but Bhuvi still got a few catalogs custom designed for my store. Using these catalogs with their recommended campaigns, my campaigns have been consistently performing 25-30% better than earlier. Highly recommended app, go for it. Pro tip - get on a call with someone from the team to help set you up, they're very responsive and they can ensure you get maximum value out of it.
Highly recommended!! We had an inconsistent performance with our Facebook & Instagram ads and we were struggling to scale our ads beyond a point before using Socioh. We heard about the app in one of the facebook communities and wanted to give it a try. We are using the app from past couple of months and we are extremely happy with our ads performance. It is a lot more consistent and predictable, we are able to scale our ads using Socioh’s audiences and branded catalogs have been real help in optimizing our retargeting funnel. Our spend has gone up almost 3x in last couple of months and we have seen an increase of around 38% in our Click through rates with a consistent ROAS. Thankyou team :-)
Great app. Creating catalogs using socioh saves so much time and have higher CTR. Used to stay up till midnight to update catalogs when my sales started/ended, they have a feature to schedule that - that's why i installed in the first place. Performance of their suggested ads is better than my previous ads, and their value based lookalikes on my past order data are performing better than all my previous lookalikes. Best part is that the team is very helpful. There was an option to book a call, so I did - talked to Karan, the founder and he explained everything. Bhuvi helped me set everything up and has helped me with campaigns multiple times.
Sakhil has been excellent to work with. I feel I'm working with more of a business partner, than just a vendor. I have been been working with Facebook Ads for 6 years now and I can tell you he knows his stuff. On a 1 to 10 scale he is a 10. I look forward to working with him for years to come.
I really like this app, it has simplified setting up various types of Facebook ads and gives them a really professional look. The fact it has simplified the ads makes it a real time saver. The support is also excellent.

Just started using free version of this app to organize my organic social media posts. I used to edit my pictures on Canva before posting. Looks like this app has similar features and so much easier to use as it synchs with Shopify and has access to all the product pictures. The templates are very nice and can be edited. Can't wait to use! Hope this version will let me use the same template across all social media platforms. Thank you!

Impressed it can perk up our catalog, but the real timesaver is the marketing schedule. Set it up as you have time and let is run. Helps for all the tiny holidays you neglect to promote every year. Still looking into multilingual campaign support.

This has been a fairly easy app to set up and then layer the targeting to get to our key audience. So far, so good!
I have been using this app on and off for a couple of years now. It has saved me countless hours of work in that time. I love the templates and find them very easy to edit if I want something a little different. Being able to schedule posts weeks ahead is an amazing time saver. The app does so much more but this is the main feature I love. The catalogues are also fantastic. The app is extremely user friendly and the support are fab if you do have questions or issues. They are also constantly adding new features. If you are time poor like me then you really need this app.
Testing it out, but seems good so far! I can't wait to keep trying it out and see how it syncs and what kind of features it has.

Socioh is the smart advertiser's Shoelace. We've had months of issues with low CTR%, and poor performing retargeting ads on Facebook. But having onboarded with Socioh, we've seen a lot of improvement in our retargeting ad performance. The app is quite easy to use. The support and team actually care about aligning ad performance with your brand's marketing objectives. I've had the pleasure of working with Karan, Sakhil and Sahiba who've made design challenges seem effortlessly achievable with their proactive attitude and skillset. I strongly, strongly encourage anyone comparing the apps available on the app store to choose Socioh, but don't take my word for it, do what I did and compare them all side by side. I can absolutely guarantee that this will be the one you choose. There are just no words to describe the level of our satisfaction with Socioh: both the app itself and the team of individuals. We started our brand over ten years ago and have grown it into an enterprise level fashion brand on the strength of our organic social media marketing. We have over a million followers on Instagram and it is all through unpaid posts. $0 in traditional ad spend over the past 10 years. This year we decided that it was time to pour gas on that fire by exploring paid Facebook advertising. Our social profiles are our most precious assets, and we felt strongly that we needed to find the most capable, trustworthy, accountable and proactive partners to help us manage this expansion of our social strategy. Hi everyone, we are using this for 2 months now. Extremely happy with the customer support. Templates for the catalogue are the bestest part. Autopilot posting for FB & Insta works like a dream. So easy to create campaigns & manage them. I would highly recommend this app.

I rarely write reviews but because of such an exceptionally positive experience I feel impelled to share our experience with Orange Twig (especially since I read a couple negative reviews). By way of context, a bit about us -- we have been running a successful ecommerce site selling world-wide since 1998. As a small and family business ourselves, we appreciate startups (like OT) which are driven by passion and great ideas, but usually have only a few people on staff to start with. We can relate to one person being in charge of, for example, marketing, billing, PR, website development and maintenance--all wearing one hat. In our years running a web-based business we think we've come to know what good customer service looks (and feels)like for the customer. And Orange Twig delivers! We ourselves have been through more web-based providers since 1998 than we can recall, Orange Twig being our most recent. That said, we want to give praise for the Orange Twig app and team: Our experience with OT has been excellent and I could go on, but let's start with numbers-- by the tenth day of our first OT social media campaign our site live-person(non-bot) traffic had doubled (and has remained at that level or more), and, our ratio of sales conversions has also increased a great deal. Another number which I can't quantify would be the hours of my time (as site manager) saved using Orange Twig to handle most of my social media promotion work. So, more hours available because of the time OT saves me is more time I can devote to other aspects of growing our business. As for the app itself: It took me awhile to understand and get it set up to fit my situation. After a few days of trying, when I was still not clear how to do something (having to do with Instagram and templates) OT asked if I wanted a phone call. We set an appointment and she called me from India and patiently walked me through it for over half an hour!(tell me the last time that happened to you from any CS). Reminder that the app is still in Beta, which means that they have still not rolled out all the features they have planned. I have given them input on a possible future feature and they will be trying to incorporate it into a future improvement. So...we give them top rating and hope they continue to grow OT, as it's been a boon to our business. Thank you Akanksha and Neha!
Very very cool tool! I signed up when the app was just leaving beta and I wanted to use it during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. It's now December 1st and I am very impressed! It works like many of the other sales apps, picking the products, selecting the days, setting discount, etc. It then allows you to create a “marketing plan” based on the social platforms you connect to and the number of posts you want to publish each day. (ex. Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc) It then pulls your product images from Shopify and automatically generates some well designed "generic posts" for each day of your sale. All the images and text can be edited as well. You'll need to do some small adjustments on the images and customize the text, but the app makes it 100 times easier than creating each post from scratch. What I really like about the app is the “pre-settings” are smart and designed to get the most out of your sale. For example, I might not have posted seven tweets on black Friday. (I'm not a tweeter) But because the app suggested seven nice images for me to post, I came up with seven different things to tweet about. Another example is how nice the "generic designs" are. All of them work fundamentally well for attracting customers. Big bold font, images arranged with a good flow, little gets cropped or cut off when published. It leaves you to choose the design that works best for your brand's style and not worry about which designs work functionally better than another. You end up with a ton of options which leaves little need for adjustment. If you use my example above, “Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc” you would need 70 posts during a one week sale. This app allows you to organize a large amount of social content and holds you to your marketing goals. As you can tell, I really like this app and the company behind it. Being that it's so new, I have found a few bugs which they were able to fix in an incredibly short amount of time. Which leads me to the best feature of this app, the chat window at the bottom of the interface. You actually get to talk to a real person who can fix problems in a few hours. (during business hours) They're excited to help, want to hear your feedback and are looking for suggestions. You can really tell they are proud of their product and want to make it the best it can be. Which is why I went out of my way to write such a long review. : ) So check it out! I think you’ll be impressed!
