Great app! Support team is available to promptly make any design changes when needed, we haven't used a wishlist app for a long time, but it was a highly requested feature, and we decided to go for the app that was the highest rated and had the most number of reviews. Good decision!

Best app for products reviews, hands down. We very briefly used Yotpo but moved to Judge.me when it was a new app. We were one of Judge.me's very first customers and have been using this app for years. Support has been consistently superb and we have zero complaints with how the app works for our business.

Excellent app and support experience. We have been using this app for almost 2 years now. We were using Data Feed Watch before, but this app is better, and cheaper as well.

We were locked in using Loyalty Lion for 3 years through a special pricing contract and were relatively happy, but there were a lot of daily tasks for manual point adjustments we had to do to properly manage returns, gift cards, pre-orders, etc. Then we were referred to Nector by a friend. We decided to have a meeting in our office in Mumbai with them, and were quite impressed by their features and competitive pricing. This was back in 2022. There were a lot of customisations the team catered to, and were extremely patient with us as we couldn't move until our Loyalty Lion contract ended. We have since moved to Nector since Sept, 2023, and are super pleased with our decision. Whether it be help with setting up our loyalty program with the rules, migrating each customer with their points balance and adjustments, helping us with checkout extensibility customisations, we have received the most excellent and prompt support from Ayush, Yashas and Omar at Nector. We would go as far as to say that this is the best Loyalty app for Shopify merchants, and far better than Loyalty Lion, Smile (which we briefly evaluated), and Growave. Keep it up, team!

This is an excellent app for customising your payment gateway or shipping rules on Shopify's checkout extensibility. Sabeeh is very helpful and was able to meet all requirements perfectly and promptly. Highly recommend.

For the longest time (almost 5 years) we would only use Email, Push, and SMS for Back in Stock alerts using another app. Principally as a brand we don't relate to WhatsApp promotional marketing but we always kept an open mind for transactional, contextual messaging through the channel. Peppyduck's app for back in stock alerts came highly recommended by Quirksmith, a good friend of Headphone Zone and therefore we decided to take it for a spin. Harshil, the app's creator is a delight to work with and was very accommodating to our customisation requests as well as a huge support during our pricing discussions. The app itself has given us great results compared to using only email for back in stock marketing. Keep growing and all the very best!

Best app for back in stock notifications on Shopify. We've used them all but this is only one we like best. We love that it can trigger notifications via multi channels like SMS, Email, Push and FB Messenger when a product or variant comes back in stock. The app is highly configurable where we can design all the notification templates.

The app is simple to use, and allows for some seriously complex configuration. We have 2000+ products and we've been able to successfully create a mega quiz that spans about 500 of these products. While for the end user there are no more than 5 questions to answer to see our product recommendations, we've mapped over 200 answer paths with about 70 questions! We've had several experiences with Quiz apps in the last few years - Fyrebox (extremely simplistic), Zuvoo (incredibly expensive), Outgrow (moderately expensive but painful to use with Shopify tags), and then finally settled on Quiz Kit. The best thing about this app is the support. Jonathan is a joy to work with and his response times are phenomenal. So far, of maybe 10 asks we've thrown at him, we've had 9 of them fulfilled not only super quickly, but also perfectly. Kudos to you guys and all the very best. Milind and Gunjan from the team are extremely keen to please and we've had a great onboarding with them with all custom requirements fulfilled to the T. Using Flits for the past few months and very happy with this app. We're using their customised account page, wishlist and social login. They've also custom made a product for us where invoices from our fulfillment provider is being fetched to the my account page's order history for every order in real time thereby reducing our "Send me my invoice" support tickets. Since we already had a loyalty program before we onboarded with them, they integrated that with the My account page. We have a custom order cancellation app as well which they were able to effortlessly integrate on the Orders tab of the my account page. Customers are also able to raise a support ticket from the account page as they've linked the account page to our Help Center. They entertain custom requests to add extra KYC customer fields and push info into customer metafields for us to then send to our ESP for effective email workflows. Highly recommended for all Shopify store owners who want to offer the most personalised customer service with a great account page.

Karri is very knowledgeable about customer cohort analysis. I would highly recommend shop owners schedule the free one-on-one call with him to have an insightful discussion about your business and customer retention tactics.

What. A. Find. Highly recommended app for any store big or small to automate a bunch of tasks. We use at least 10 of the pre-built tasks for our daily operations. Isaac is an absolute gem and has been able to customise a bunch of tasks for our requirements.

I am writing this review, after using this app for a couple of months. This App is just PERFECT! Absolutely no problems whatsoever. We have tons of products on our website i.e (headphonezone.in) but the app renders perfectly. The support is excellent! Really one of the best we've interacted with. Megan from their team is always super-helpful and it's really easy to connect with them. They reply instantly to queries and are super-fast in fixing minor issues. With them, we have fewer problems while handling this part of the website. I would definitely recommend this app to whoever is wanting to change their product page user experience on mobile as well as desktop. Keep the good work guys! Cheers. - Aliza

Great app. Very easy to use. Steve is very helpful. Just a bit unhappy with how expensive their backdate operation costs, especially for large stores like ours.

Socioh is the smart advertiser's Shoelace. We've had months of issues with low CTR%, and poor performing retargeting ads on Facebook. But having onboarded with Socioh, we've seen a lot of improvement in our retargeting ad performance. The app is quite easy to use. The support and team actually care about aligning ad performance with your brand's marketing objectives. I've had the pleasure of working with Karan, Sakhil and Sahiba who've made design challenges seem effortlessly achievable with their proactive attitude and skillset. Highly recommended app for all Shopify stores struggling to supercharge their Dynamic Retargeting. We're yet to use Socioh for too many conversion objective or organic social media campaigns, but we're so far very pleased with the existing value we've been able to extract from Socioh. - Kamna @ Headphone Zone

We have been using Shop by Instagram for a few weeks now. It's easy to use and our Insta posts can be added to our homepage gallery plus product page in a few clicks. Perfect for showcasing lifestyle images of using the product. Really apply with post-purchase service by their team especially Vinita. Impressive work and class support. This App should be your go-to app if you looking for shoppable Instagram. Definitely worth considering.

Super app. It helped us save some serious real estate on our Product Page, which is already really long and crowded. The best part is that its super easy to simply get it up and running with minimal setup. The team is super helpful and I can't recommend it enough for stores that have lots of variant images.

Tony is an absolute star. Extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. Our requirement was extremely unique and in order to save several days of effort, he created 50+ sample filter trees for us with filter options. I'm surprised this app is not as popular! Very happy with Cross-Sell. We've been using the app for a year now and I recently needed support to switch from an older version of my theme to the new update.
