We had a very disappointing experience with Order Tracker. We installed the app on a trial account, configured the settings and were comfortable knowing the trial version was limited to 5 customer communication updates per month. The plan was to evaluate the app and then consider upgrading to a paid subscription if it delivered value. However, a few days ago, Order Tracker updated the tracking information on 9,553 historical orders, most of which were orders from several years old. This resulted in customers receiving unexpected notifications about long-completed orders, creating significant confusion and a substantial amount of unnecessary work for our customer service team. We attempted to contact support via both the in-app chat and email but have still not received no response. We've since removed the app. Hopefully our experience helps other merchants avoid a similar situation. Hi, and thank you for the honest feedback, I'm truly sorry for the disruption this caused you and your team. This was our fault. A sync issue updated tracking on historical orders and triggered notifications on old, completed orders. It was system-generated and unintended, unrelated to your trial limit. We've since fixed the root cause: customer notifications are now strictly limited to recent orders across the whole app, so this can't happen again. I also apologize for the slow support reply.

This Shopify tracking app is excellent! Easy to set up, customizable, and keeps customers informed with automated updates. It supports multiple carriers and has improved my customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.

Big fan of this app. It's decent for small stores, lots of customizations in colors, texts, what and what not display, ... compared to other big apps which get recommended as first. The only downside is that there's no direct tracking link I could find to integrate to your customer notifications, this way, your customers will land up on the general page where they have to enter their details. Besides this, I really recommend using Ordertracker! For business, but also for personal use on their website :)

Dommage l'application pourrait être très bien mais il y a des problèmes. - Les suivis de Mondial Relay ne sont pas reconnus. par exemple: tracking: 96810866 https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis?codeMarque=CC&numeroExpedition=96810866 - quand on a plusieurs tracking dans une commande, la page de statut de la commande est en Anglais (au lieu du Français). Et quand on clique le bouton "Suivre ma commande" pour afficher la page de tracking, la page ne donne que le dernier tracking. Après 4 jours d'attente d'un retour du support, AUCUN RETOUR. Je désinstalle l'application car vraiment pas au point. After 4 days of waiting for a response from support, NO RETURNS. I uninstall the application because it really doesn't work.

Hello. I will change this review once this problem is fixed. I cannot contact your support at all. I have been trying for almost two weeks with no response. The 24-hour chat has no response and the emails I have sent have not received a response. My problem is that 40% of my orders are listed as pending and that should not be the case. In Shopify there is a courier listed but for some of the orders the courier shows up as N/A in ordertracker. I do need this problem fixed and a response would be great.

Sie bieten 24/7 Support an, aber wenn wenn man Hilfe braucht, dann meldet sich niemand. Habe es mehrmals versucht. Als ich dann Glück hatte, das sich jemand meldet, wurde mein Problem angeblich an die Technik weitergeleitet. Nach 3 Tagen besteht das Problem immer noch, dass die Trackingnummern nicht richtig funktionieren und es zeigt dem Kunden an, dass das Paket nicht gefunden wird! Das ist ein No-Go!!! Und jetzt meldet sich wieder niemand.... So kann ich die App nicht gebrauchen!

I use ordertracker since the start of my store and could definitely recommend it if you are dropshipping. It adds more trust to your store and gives your customers an idea where their package is. The app is simple and does what it needs to do, no need to add more bells and whistles.

The initial support provided was excellent. However, there was a delay of 4 days in receiving the tracking information for a specific order. I reached out to the support agent and requested a manual refresh of the information, which successfully resolved the issue. I hope that the tracking information update problem will be resolved permanently in the near future.

Une très belle application de Tracking avec de la data exploitable et très pertinente. La prise en main et l'integration sont tres simplifié avec une page de tracking visible pour le client avec une vue admin et une vue client. Vous pouvez checker les nombres de jours en transit, voir rapidement ce qui ne va pas pour que le SAV soit proactif, checker le nombre de jour moyen pour une livraison, le type de transporteur etc. Une equipe à l'ecoute, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne plus se prendre la tete et optimiser son service ! great tracking app, the system provides to customer the estimated delivery date based on similar deliveries to the same region. In most packages, the delivery date provided is accurate. Customer service is good and fast, they are very helpful if you need help.
