We are growing store, and this app has helped us scale our rewards system effortlessly. Super impressed with the flexibility.

Tier-based rewards to automatic discount codes, everything works smoothly. The UI is also clean and easy to use.

Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself. Update: August 2025 This app has been acquired late may 2025. We are the new owners and are committed to improve this app and offer a proper support channel. I recently took over managing the app on our website, and one of our customers encountered an issue redeeming her rewards points. I contacted the Super Rewards Team for assistance, and Paresh responded promptly. He provided clear guidance on how to embed the app directly into our Shopify theme, rather than using the widget, which resolved the problem quickly.

So far so good. Seems quite clear and in depth, so looking forward to implementing it into my store. Had a few questions to ask and a lovely member Paresh helped in swift time. Straight to the point and polite!

Edit: The app is working well now. The developers have been in communication with me to fix all the bugs. I am happy with the app at this time. This app isn’t consistent. My customers are constantly asking me why they don’t have their points. I’ll email the company and get NO HELP OR ANSWERS. I want to switch to a new points program and to do so I need to spend the $99 to export my customers, but have to wait until the free trial is up to do so, no way to expedite the process. The company emails me back about a meeting but when I email questions, again, no response. I have customers with no points still and can’t find out why. Do yourself a favor and do not get this points program!

Terrible. I just uninstall the apps but it still charge to me. Update: August 2025 This app was acquired in late May 2025. As the new owners, we no longer adhere to the previous management's mentality. Fantastic Support and Seamless API I want to share my positive experience with this app. The support is truly impressive – no more waiting for hours to get a response. Their developers are easily accessible, which saved me a lot of time explaining things. The API worked like a charm for us. It smoothly integrated into our system, and we faced no issues. They even assisted me with some custom work when I was stuck, going the extra mile to help. After trying out about 15 different apps, this was the only one that provided both an affordable solution and excellent customer service. I highly recommend giving this app a shot.

This app has helped us fully migrate from WooCommerce Points & Rewards over to Shopify. Paresh and his team are so wonderfully helpful. They will walk you through anything you might need. The app is very user-friendly and has a great UI. I highly recommend this app over any other one available as it is affordable and is able to be integrated with many more apps than other ones out there.

This app has an excellent range of features for the price for a Rewards app. Also the support is excellent. We requested a few features and they added them right away. This app truly stands toe to toe with other apps that cost double or more per month compared to Points VIP. We will see how things work over the next few months but so far so good. Would highly recommend this app.

The support is absolutely fantastic. I'm still configuring the app and ran into a challenge creating the rewards like I needed. The developers went above and beyond to code in a work around to help me accomplish what I needed. Apps aren't always going to offer 100% of what you need but it's really awesome to have a support team that will work with you. Excited about all the features. I know they're going to work great with my customers.
