We trialed a number of apps before deciding on Super Rewards, and the responsive customer service and technical support was a key factor in our decision. Incredibly easy set up. When we asked a question via chat after only two hours of having it installed, Alex replied within a minute. Not minuteS. A minute. Impressive and so appreciated. Installing a new app and then being confronted with a list of theme files you have to change before use has been a nightmare for us in testing and working with other bundler apps. None of that happens with PickyStory. I cannot tell you what a relief that is.

Simon and Mike were SUPERB helping us to get started. Support for Shopify apps can be a hit or miss game, but GrowthHero has been a BIG HIT! Overall the app met our entire checklist of needs and I have no doubt that as new needs arise, the support team will continue to be a resource for us.
