Alex and his team at Picture It have been amazing in helping resolve a display issue. Alex was very quick in responding to my email and has even suggested writing some new code to get around the issue! Five star product and service.

This app is such a lifesaver for any wall art shop. It's super easy to set up, and it can handle so many variants. I tried other AR apps before this one, and none of them were easy as Picture It. Alex and his team are great, and the best part is that I never needed to call support, because it has worked since day one, even with thousands of listings for a huge catalog like mine. And I can see the change in my customer's behavior as soon as this app was added to my store. This makes a huge, huge difference, and I really love this app. Highly recommended.

Have just started using this app. We have many variants and it's taken a little while to get our heads around the settings however the developer, Alex, has been super-responsive and happy to assist. We are looking forward to rolling it out across our entire range. It's working as expected and we also love the built in analytics so we can track how much it's being used.

Picture It has quickly become an invaluable part of my e-commerce website. After demo-ing other virtual room software for my Shopify photo gallery - my best experience by far, has been with Picture It. For example: literally within a minute of typing a tech question to the support team, Alex himself (owner of Picture It) responded immediately. He took as much time as was needed to show me how to achieve the various things I was trying to do; even sending me screen shots and customized video to show me exactly how to execute the changes on my own. And where the tech did not exist to do certain things yet, Alex made product design notes with an enthusiastic offer to incorporate into the software program. I've never in my professional life received such a superior level of tech and customer support than I have with Picture It. Even before Alex responded to my text, an AI guide appeared with detailed suggestions on what to do next. With Picture It, customers that come to my online photo gallery can now see what each piece of art looks like on a virtual wall, and they also have the option to view in AR on a room in their own homes. I am confident this software program - both now - and as it develops further - will be an invaluable tool in helping customers decide what pieces of art, sizes and frame options work best, before they make the final purchase. After trying multiple AR apps, this is the only one that correctly displayed my offering. Canvas, paper, matting options, framing options, with enough product options that allowed me to stay within budget. The flow is seamless and I know it's going to help inform my clients of their future purchases. I have researched a lot of similar apps on the Shopify App Store and what you get here for the price is just superior. The Virtual Showroom is a great USP and offers good customization options. The free trial is more than enough time to setup some tests and see if the app meets your requirements / workflows. Alex is super helpful and cares for my customers and my brand. Picture It is a great app that allows customers to preview our products in their own settings. The app has definitely had some amazing improvements recently. Previously you could only do AR with backgrounds, but they recently added the option to only do AR. IMO, this was the best update to date, as it makes it straightforward for the customer to preview our art only in their setting. Additionally, their customer support is great. They get back to you very fast & provide very good service. Highly recommend this app for any art, custom framing, or print stores. We're glad our new feature helped solve your problems! For an app that's just getting started, it's FANTASTIC. I can only imagine how good it's going to get, especially because the customer service and developers are so dedicated to receiving honest feedback. I was able to place my products in different background settings/scenes of my choice and truly imagine how my product would look in the space. I love how it also lets you customize the button color for your store, as well as alter where it is placed (bottom right, top center, etc). It really gives you the flexibility to make it look like your brand!

This is a great app for artists. Most professional art shop sites have a Live Preview feature, which makes a huge difference. Shopify offers AR, but with a lot of work and a high price. This app provides everything at an affordable price. Works great and the developer has been very easy to work with in tweaking the app for my website. Highly recommend this app!

App works as expected and has great potential. It is fantastic in terms of its functionality. I challenge the developer to give the option of being able to choose your own wall color in the template photos to match your home. I know you can obviously do this in the live wall mode, but some might like to see it in your room photos too.
