I still give it 5 stars for this reason and their excellent customized support.

May, 2025: I had a bad bug with this app after updating my theme version. Magic Zoom took responsibility and worked with me on the theme consistently. Their level of support is very significant to the relation of their app. Communication was quick, fixes were quick, and their effort was at its best. So I recommend this app not only for its functionality, but also the support that integrates with its functionality. With a more complicated custom set up like mine, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get the same effects as the Magic Zoom app provides. You can see below that I've had this app since 2018. So that is 7 years. They have always answered my occasional call (1-3 times a year max). Very happy with their unbiased, unconditional, and dedicated help. 2018: Great app, great initial support. This company set up my optimizations perfectly after a little back and forth with instruction via e-mail. I love the ease of zoom and magnify on this app and it works on any kind of image with the right setup from support. That alone gives it 5 stars.

Update, March 20, 2025: My Collection Pages had other 2 apps on it running concurrently with Infinite Scroll. They conflicted with Infinite Scroll at the loading point and the developer of this app really took the project on as his own: coordinating talks and code exchange with the other 2 apps, keeping me informed while respecting the structure and elements of my entire site. This app does what any other scroll app would do. What made me stick with them was the support I received from the developer and his responsibility to take up the project as his own. If you need support for your website regarding no pagination, this app can work with your theme. February 9, 2025 update: I had some compatibility problems with another app affecting my Collection Pages and as they were part of my Collection Pages too, Scroller Pro worked on it with me for about 3 days until it was fixed to my satisfaction, even communicating with the other developer to ensure things were being done correctly by both of them. Scroller Pro was professional, respected the permissions on my website, and most importantly, fixed my problem willingly and happily. This app may not have alot of reviews, but with their evolution, should have more downloads. The developer will ensure the app ends up working with your theme and their UI or settings are easy to implement. Many thanks to this developer for making this app! OLDER REVIEW: I have a fast Internet connection, but others may not, especially overseas from the USA. That's what this app is for - an animated loading icon that shows the user it is loading. This app has some bugs. If you find one, please submit it to customer service as they are more than willing to not only help, but also to improve their app.

This is the response I got from the app when I asked them to customize their app a second time, because their first fix got broken. The first fix was done in 5 minutes. If you want advanced help, these guys were not willing to do that for our African art gallery, which is not good as other apps do at the same price tier of $1.99 a month. It comes down to a matter of will, time, and money and they are not willing to help us when it comes to their app. Do you want to risk that for your site too? Then don't install this app. On the flip side, when the app was working, it was fine and useful. I used it without a problem for about a month until when my site broke and their app was the last I needed to be adjusted. This is what they told me in an email in full so you can see in full: "I understand your frustration, but some issues don’t have simple solutions. I personally reviewed your code, and I don’t need collaboration access for this, so your assumption isn’t accurate. As a business owner, you understand that sometimes saying "no" is necessary. If there were an easy fix, I’d absolutely do my best to help - I always do if it's technically possible, as you can see in the reviews. When I mentioned the $2 price, it was to highlight that custom requests like yours are a different case. Blaming developers does not change the reality that your setup requires a custom solution. I honestly tried to help and wish you success!"

It is a simple app once installed, but with all the themes on Shopify, it is not clear as to what file name and line to put this developer's activation code. They can do it for you, but I wish the code could be preinstalled or installed on your theme for you automatically or with a button. They did have instructions for my theme, but I got an error message when trying to access it. Simple setting, friendly staff that goes over and beyond if you point out to them what you want fixed. I am happy with the app, its functionality and customer service. If you want an app that has infinite scroll that is customizable, this app works and is one of the few best from the many options that serve the same function.

Instant predictive text, instant results, color customizable, results cover your entire site, great support, etc. Graham was super responsive to customizing our new theme with the app, leaving behind any doubt that there was no reason not to keep the app. I've had it for several years now. Update from a few days after the first review: Due to an update in my theme, my apps had to be redone. Graham came to my rescue again fixing bugs with the search app happily, quickly, and effectively. I really put a lot of value in trust and quick, professional service. The fact Graham grasps the philosophy of our website, that Okas' app compliments our site nicely and leads customers to more discoveries than our navigation can provide, all of this is proof of their caring for a website as though it was their own. They have done this, more than once. Thank you! I think everyone would find Okas' app as the best search engine for their website.

This app does everything a $10 + a month app would do for you. And its free. The customer support works overnight overseas from the USA, but they can customize the app for your theme, as they did perfectly for mine. It would be nice if a client's recently viewed items were consistent across a user's devices so they can see anywhere what they are interested in. This app is solid with a 2020 update. The support team did a great job customizing the fonts, etc. to match my theme. I look forward to seeing where they can take this app from what they have already.

App works as expected and has great potential. It is fantastic in terms of its functionality. I challenge the developer to give the option of being able to choose your own wall color in the template photos to match your home. I know you can obviously do this in the live wall mode, but some might like to see it in your room photos too.

Had this app for over a year. Great for SEO - easy to configure - theme compatible. Would like to see Collections included in the Basic Plan.

I used this app for about a year and with all its menus, bells, and whistles, most of the program focuses on ads and bot messages. We have never paid for an add and through experience, find bots to be well, robots, not humans who can customize content live. We did get about 200 new subscribers, but with our Facebook Page, that is minimal. The widgets/plug ins they have for your site seem to get in the way and there are just too many of them that it can interfere with the experience your client is having on your site with a constant call to action to go to Facebook Messenger instead of our website. The app seems to be in cohoots with Facebook to get you to spend money on ads etc. in promises that it will lead to more sales. It may lead to more sales, but doing it for free won't get you anywhere, and there is no guarantee with the ads. Sorry Facebook, but you will fade away in becoming too big.

The app works as expected and the interface is very easy to use, without a lot of bells and whistles. I had to have the app customized and a developer of the app did not let me down. He optimized it for my Debut theme and it works just fine. The animation in the button is a great marketing tool to catch the attention of an interested buyer. The animator also lets them know immediately what button to push if they want to buy the product. I would recommend this app over all the other apps that do the same thing.

Great - does 90% of the work for you with explanations of what they do automatically and what a person can do manually. Has a tone that they want you to succeed in image optimization.. Very nice that an app is looking out for the user and not their pocketbook. Highly recommend the app.

After Qikify customized my app for mobile, I found that the menu expanded and froze on landscape mode. It works fine on portrait. I contacted support asking them to fix their mistake in landscape and Duke eventually took on the project and after some back and forth my issue was resolved. There are some bugs depending on your theme, but I think that their customer support is willing to cooperate to get the app just as you like it..

This app's automatic feature is what you want from the app. It intelligently picks out related products based on an algorithm that allows to appropriately display items of interest to your buyer. Note that you will have had to have a moderate sales history for the past year or two. But not to fret, manual, global, and random recommendations are available too. I have used Cross Sell's app for a while and find their pricing too much for what they offer. This better app is offered at half the price and if understood, can do quite a lot to recommend the right products to your client.

Seguno said in a recent newsletter that intend to charge people to pay for using a feature that would be building on what MailChimp may still be offering for free: This is the feature where you re-send the campaign or newsletter to the people who did not open it the first time. I loved this feature on MailChimp, where it was free at the time (early 2019) and I think still is. Seguno should try to at least match a main company's pricing schedule if they want to grow such a company reputation as MailChimp. Make it clean across the board so that the preference of the user is allowed, to choose which service they want to subscribe to. That way, you are already giving your customer a free choice, with everything priced at or below MailChimp feature prices. That's how you grow and that's how you give customer service. If you would allow this feature to be with the free plan, I'd be impressed. Otherwise, great app, great at what they are doing...love the integration with Shopify menus etc. I totally trust this company because I've used their banner app for a number of years and their quick and precise customer service is top notch, and that app is great too. The mail marketing genre is already vast, so I would dare Seguno to add Messenger features like Octane, as that is the future of online email messaging.

This Cart Animator is new and free. The team was able to customize the button for my site, but at first it did not work, even after manually installing the code. It is supposed to install that code for you when installing and have it work out of the box. That was not so in my case and it was frustrating to both me and the team just how much work was left to optimize this app. But guess what, they did it and they can do it for you too, if needed. The team needs to make the Preview within the app work - meaning it does not currently show the effect you chose in Preview within the app. There is a preview button for it, but it does not do anything. I like that it is free and that the support team was able to fit it into my site. If it doesn't work at first, don't give a bad review, talk to the support team and they will work with you until all is corrected. The app is free and does as described - it is a good way to make your cart/buy button stand out for quick identification and call to action. I respect this company for their support communication and for the fact that they are offering this app for free when everyone else charges a small fee for almost the same thing. Get this app! Qe - I hope my ticket allowed you to improve your app through identification of continuity and browser issues. Many thanks for your help.

Very straight-forward, simple menu, and works in all the options in copying images and/or text. Don't forget to install their code before the closing tag in your theme.liquid file - that code will allow immediate loading of the app.
