Very expensive, doesn’t work properly, isn’t being improved, and doesn’t use all Shopify API endpoints needed to work correctly. Overall, it’s a useless app.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to learn that you're experiencing difficulties with our Reviews product. We sincerely apologize if it took time for us to respond to the ticket you created. Our support team has made efforts to contact your team and had a joint call with your staff. Our latest communication said that your team would send us an email listing all unresolved matters. However, we have yet to receive this email. Please reach out to us so that we can better understand those issues. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.
The plugin is functional, but in the past two weeks alone, there have already been 3 instances where the site took 15 seconds to load because of it. They constantly have some technical issues, but they never inform us first — I always have to reach out myself to ask what’s going on. They can’t compensate for the advertising budget we’ve lost. We spend $3,000–$5,000 per day on ads, and we simply can’t afford the site to be down for 6 hours. I’m giving 1 star because the support team takes no responsibility for the losses — they just apologize. Let me repeat: I don’t need apologies.

The best plugin for generating reports, the best team that will help you generate the required report. This plugin can generate reports that you can't create in Shopify. This plugin has relieved my headache))) I recommend it!
