PB: Spin Wheel & Spin to Win

Perfect, easily manageable app. Recommended for every store owners!

Huge thanks to Nula for the timely support and responses to our team. Our campaign team is based in China, and the PB team provided extremely detailed answers to every question during their working hours. Whether it was minor campaign setup details or in-depth activity data, they supplied corresponding root-cause analysis, solutions, and prompt internal tool assistance. I’m writing this review with sincere gratitude to recognize every hardworking team member and this platform. Special shoutout to John, the technical specialist who assisted us with coupon configuration. Everyone did an amazing job! That said, there are still areas for improvement during usage, such as language localization, data export functions, and risk alerts for discount setup. We hope we can keep collaborating and grow better together through ongoing communication. The support team is incredibly friendly – kudos to them! Honestly, one-on-one human support is incredibly rare in today’s market dominated by automated chatbots. I just wonder if the founder will struggle to keep up with replies as more users join, haha.

Setup is very intuitive. Even my business partner who is not into these app setup managed to use it without any help. That says a lot about how clean the interface is.

I can honestly say this is one of the better apps I installed on my store. No bugs, clean design, and support team that supports you.

Very fast and helpful support from Nula! I truly believe it is the most customizable and good looking slot machine type app on Shopify right now, 100% recommend!

I was looking for scratch discounts app for long time and finally found one that actually works the way I want.

The app works as expected. We had a few errors which is expected as our website has a lot of custom work. These errors was fixed within minutes after talking to customer service who responded instantly. Overall, a great product with an even greater customer service. If you are looking for a solution to popup, wheel spin or scratch card, this is the one.

The Customer Service is amazing. Thanks, John! He is perfect.

Quickly answer questions and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.

The staff really helped me out with my problem! Five stars is not enough!

Parfait

This app is fantastic, with a multitude of customisable options. The owner and developer are very fast to respond and only too happy to help with any question or request. It's one of the only apps I found where you can offer free gifts as prizes, and have limits for how many of a prize can be won.

The app interface is clear and easy to use, and it meets our needs perfectly. On top of that, the customer service is amazing!

I installed this app for the free gift option works great and doesnt conflict with other installed apps.

The support team is super responsive. They actually care. It feels like whenever I'm on dashboard, seems like they are with me all the time

harika ve hızlı çözüm

Narmina from support rocks! She helped me understand all settings and now it works perfect.

this is really high quality app. The app is easy and clean. I didn’t waste time trying to understand how it works.

clean, simple and useful. We added the spin wheel popup under like 3 minutes. 10/10 experience.

I'd rate 10/5 if I could. I've never seen support like this: I had a small issue, I wrote support team, they greet me and said it's fixed, check now!. Great app and great support.

Good app and good people behind it. I had questions about Shopify discounts and they helped fast.

The Spin Wheel is smooth and looks professional on our store. Support helped me set the discounts correctly. Highly recommend.

This is the most amazing app you can have for your store. It has all the features you need & John is really helpful incase you get stuck somewhere. Go for it !

I only gave 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option. I’ve tried almost all of the available game popup apps in the store, and this one is by far the best. It’s easy to use and highly customizable, the setup process is simple and intuitive, and if you ever get stuck, the support team is incredibly fast and unbelievably helpful. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever experienced support this good before. So I can absolutely recommend it with confidence!

Very good app for Shopify stores. Everything is easy peasy.

love the app!!!

The app has been very useful for what we wanted to build, and the support team has been really patient and helpful. We had a few setup questions while testing the campaign, and they kept helping us check the details instead of just giving short answers. Most of the small issues have already been solved, and they are still helping us figure out the free gift setup. Overall, the app is promising, and the support has been great so far.

great app very easy to use. 100% recommend ! also customer service is very helpful

Really happy with this app so far. The spin wheel is smooth, easy to customize, and the interface is very simple to understand. I also like that you can control the winning chances and offer different rewards like free shipping or free gifts. Support team was quick to answer my questions and helped me set everything up properly.

Best app for giving discount to your store customers. Bery beautiful wheel according to seasons also. Chat team is also very helpful.

Easy-to-use interface, a wide range of features, and plenty of configuration options. A very well thought-out service and extremely effective. The customer support is genuinely online and responsive. I installed it during the last half hour of my working day, and they even fixed display issues caused by CSS conflicts with my template before I logged off for the evening... Perfect!

Super, aplikace je přehledná, dobře zpracovaná a zákaznická podpora v případě potíží ihned pomůže. Určitě doporučuji! :)

Superbe application qui marche très bien et qui fait tout ce dont on a besoin pour une spinning wheel. Les codes promos sont créés automatiquement ce qui est top, et le support est très réactif pour nous aider et en cas de problèmes. Je recommande
