The app has been very useful for what we wanted to build, and the support team has been really patient and helpful. We had a few setup questions while testing the campaign, and they kept helping us check the details instead of just giving short answers. Most of the small issues have already been solved, and they are still helping us figure out the free gift setup. Overall, the app is promising, and the support has been great so far.

Judge.me is a great review app for Shopify. It is easy to set up, works well, and offers many useful options for collecting and displaying customer reviews. The support team was also very helpful. We had a specific styling issue with the new Review Widget, and they responded quickly and helped us find a solution. Overall, it’s a reliable app with great support. Highly recommended.
I have been using this for over a year now, and it has remained consistently stable. However, there is one specific aspect that—if optimized—would make it truly excellent: it is currently incompatible with marketing campaign plugins, meaning you are forced to choose one over the other.
