These guys keep getting better and better. I have been with them for years. I just upgraded to the 2.0 theme and had some issues and Hakima took care of them in minutes!
This app and its developers go above and beyond. They were very helpful in helping me understand their platform. The app does everything I needed beautifully. Responded very quickly and got me set up in no time. They helped with a few edits I needed to make the swatches look bigger. Unlike other apps, they dont have addons as separate items but actually integrate the addons in the price, so there are no extra confusing line items in the checkout. AND THE APP LOADS FAST! No more lag! I switched from Advanced Product Options and I am happy!
Ok this app is amazing! It solved my unique problem which I will explain below. But before I do I want to mention how quickly this team was able address my issues with migrating to the new 2.0 Shopify theme and make any edits to the app. I use this app to mitigate lost or stolen packages not as insurance in the normal sense. I decided against the insurance route because people will cheat the system. Most of my sales are for bulk orders for weddings that are large. The smaller orders are usually samples which most people dont care about insuring. I charge $10 for "shipping protection". So the $10 really only covers the cost of adding "Signature Required" on the label so we can insure the packages will not get lost or stolen if they are delivered directly to the customers hands and they need to sign for it. This app has solved this problem for me seamlessly!
So far works seamlessly. Changing the variant title wasn't as straight forward as it is called "option 1" etc. But once I figured that out it was a breeze! Great app!
Great app and customer service! They responded immediately both times and helped with custom filters. We were trying to use Zapier for our purposes but they did not workj out and we found these guys. So glad, way better experience and cost efficient!!

Exactly what I need and they didnt charge an arm and a leg. I had a slight issue with the way the add to cart button looked initially. But they literally fixed it within 30 mins! Great customer service and best looking app out of all of them.....and believe me I did my research!
Great app, I've used it for a few weeks and it's really helped my customers navigate through the many products we have!

Great app, simple, does what it says. The support is quick and amazing. The guy answered my questions quickly and got my trigger working like I wanted. I have product options I needed sent to my vendor and since they are not native to Shopify (I use the Advanced Product Options app) I wanted to make sure the specific fields are included.
The app is great, took some time for the developers to get to me but that is understandable given the tickets they had. Expect a little wait for them to get to you if you have an issue (a few days) but totally worth it. They are running a business just like all of us.

Hi Sara, Sorry about the delay. We did receive your ticket on Friday and we just haven't had a chance to respond yet. We have 4 dedicated team members but we get at times over 400 tickets/day and over the weekend they pile up. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Most of our apps are free and our support is free and we try our best to manage but with recent spikes in installs, it's hard to manage. We are working on adding a couple of more team members as well as improve the auto-responder process. We'd appreciate if you would give us another chance and give the review a second look. While we certainly dropped the ball on this one with you, it's not representative of us and the applications we try to build and most importantly the type of exceptional service we want to give EVERY client, big or small. This is possibly the easiest and most useful app. And are you kidding me, its free!! Be sure to watch the video on how to add tabs, very clear and concise.
