The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared. So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it. We've been using this app for well over a year, but as soon as we have time we will switch to Microsoft Clarity, which is free and also records the sessions. Today we needed to reach out to support, but the bottom icon was not present, not for chat, not for "leave a message" although we have "Priority Support"

As long as simple customizations are performed, it works ok. There are some common sense things that should be different, but for basic use, it works out of the box. Support team is willing to help most times, and they do some backgound work to make your theme work fine. HOWEVER I've had at least 3 times in the past year where my customizations changed behavior silently and we only noticed when customers complained. Live Preview is a joke. It is a MVP at most. As soon as you try to do some real world customization preview you hit a wall of limitations. We decided to stop using the feature completely. Again, the support is very willing to help and they do follow on most of the reported annoyances and limitations, but we're at a point where we need something that does not feel so patchy. When you suggest a feature, it will mostly get ignored, or you will be presented with a development fee which does not usually make much sense. I asked for a very complicated "sort options A-Z" so we could sort our option sets instead of manually draggin them around in the list. One year later we're still dragging option sets to sort them manually. Translations used to require CSV export, translation and import. Now you can do them manually in the app, but there's no option to do it linking a third party LLM API key or similar. Again, it is starting to lag behind others. When it launched it got very quickly on par with other competing aps, but not it is no longer in the first line in terms of features.

Mobile usability has become better, however Integration with google product reviews has been failing for us for months now and I never get convincing responses. We will probably start evaluating other options if this is not solved because if you let reviews come in legitimately and then that does not reach Google, it's not a good choice. Raised my concern with support on Friday. It's tuesday and received no feedback about what can be going on, not even a suggestion.
We just lost a big deal because the app was not making proper calculations with the discounts. 101*5.37€ was shown as 541.87 in the product page and was added as 527.22€ in the cart, an absolute mess! It also seems to be somewhat abandoned as "Coming soon" features have not been delivered for months.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand why the pricing difference was concerning, especially with larger quantity orders, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After carefully reviewing the case, our team found that the discrepancy came from how bundle display pricing was rounded and presented at very high quantities, while the final cart/checkout pricing itself was still being calculated by Shopify’s official pricing engine. Even though this appears to be primarily a display inconsistency rather than an actual checkout overcharge, we absolutely understand how confusing and frustrating this experience can be from a merchant perspective. Our developers have already prioritized this case and are actively reviewing the calculation flow to make the bundle display match Shopify’s pricing logic as closely as possible, especially for large-volume purchases. We always take merchant feedback seriously and genuinely try our best to support every store carefully and transparently. Thank you again for your patience while we continue improving the experience.
I've been using this app for some months now, and actually does what it promises. I have been able to export, edit and bulk update the products in my store flawlessly several times. The flow is pretty straightforward: * Select what you want to export * Download * Edit with your favorite calc app (Excel, Google Sheets, Libreoffice) * Upload and select which fields to update. So no, it is not a mass editor per se, but a mass exporter with very fine tune capabilities, you do your job locally, then upload and reimport. My only complain, and I openly told them, is that the jump from one tier to another is quite steep and that if you uninstall the app accidentally, when you reinstall it you will be put into the free plan instead of rejoining the one you were previously paying.
It does its job, but it just does not scale. It is able to generate JSON snippets for products, and seems to do it well, but don't expect much more. We moved away from this app despite having a free forever plan, that summarises everything. This app has great potential but it is severely limited with how the development team has thought everything as a manual click click process. Every proposal and suggestion we made was treated like "it is you, user who is doing it wrong" and we never heard back from them after multiple conversations. We just moved along to other apps which offered more friendly feedback, even if they were paid ones. We're now receiving a lot of pressure from them about our review.

📌 On the points raised: ✅ Product exclusion — Webrex provides product exclusion controls inside the app dashboard. Bulk and tag-based filtering is part of our roadmap, but the functionality itself exists today. ✅ "No API access" — Webrex is a fully-managed schema solution. We do NOT provide a public API or code-level access, by design. Our app is built for Shopify merchants who want schema handled automatically through Shopify's official Theme App Extension framework — not for developers requiring custom code integration. This is clearly stated in our product positioning. If your use case requires custom code-based schema control, we are not the right fit, and that's a positioning question — not a product flaw. ✅ FAQ creation per product — On our Pro plan, we offer FAQ bulk import, exactly the workflow you're describing. This feature is available today. ✅ "App as manual click process" — Webrex's foundational schemas (Product, Breadcrumb, Organization, Variant) are 100% automatic with zero configuration. Manual setup applies only to FAQ and Video schema, which require curated content per page — a requirement set by Google itself, not by Webrex. ✅ Translation of UI text — Our app interface is in Multiple Language you can change the app -> settings here you can change the app language. 📌 To other merchants reading this review: Webrex serves over 5,500 active stores with a 4.9-star average rating. We do not provide custom code, API access, or developer-tier integrations — and we are very transparent about this. We are built specifically for Shopify merchants who want clean, server-side schema delivered automatically without writing code. If your store requires custom-coded schema, programmatic API access, or developer-level integration, Webrex is openly not the right tool for you, and we recommend looking elsewhere. For the merchants we are built for — those who want professional schema handled for them — we deliver consistent results, which is reflected in our 800+ verified reviews. We respect every merchant's right to share their experience publicly. We also have the right to clarify the technical realities when claims are presented as product flaws when they are actually intentional product positioning.
We have two stores. We use Smart SEO for one of them and I have to say they have a very well, all around pack for a very reasonable price. Support team is friendly and actually know how to troubleshoot when you receive that GSC or GMerchant emails. The only downside for me is the UX, which is a bit basic, but I know for a fact they are working on it. Once this is delivered, this will be an absolute must. They also play along very well with their other app T-Lab for translations, which is also a must for us.
Their in-person support is helpful and actually reads feedback. I had some issues with their AI bot which was in a learning phase, and they understood my comments and implemented improvements to it. We run an online store for customized products and have set up multiple local domains taking advantage of the features T-Lab is providing us with. This app offers more than any of the others we previously tested. All in all the product is good, and you can see changes and improvements to it over time. We're happy with it and recommend it.
I have successfully restored in the past with Rewind. I used to have a good review for this app. We triggered a blog restore on a Friday and were not able to recover the data until one of their support members restored it manually on the folowing Tuesday. By that time, we were no longer getting traffic on previously highly ranked keyword. If this would have been product data, we would have been out of business for 3 days, since there was nobody on the other side to provide support. A backup tool must have integrity, availability and reliability. By being unable to restore, 2 of these were broken, and my trust on this app with them. Moving to another solution.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with Rewind has changed from a previous 5-star review. Our support team has followed up and restored your blogs. On the weekend support, we hear you. Our current standard support hours don't include the weekend, but we never want our valued customers to feel left alone. We do our very best to get back to all enquiries as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.
Not a very good impresion out of it. No matter how much their app contributes to the sales of our store, they impose a "tax" based on how much we sell storewide. I was not even able to use it. Switching over to another solution

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear the experience didn't meet your expectations. Please allow me to clarify. Our fees are calculated based on your Shopify pricing plan and 90-day overall order volume, rather than solely on sales attributed to our app. If this may not have been clear upfront, we sincerely apologize for any confusion. We'd love to help if there's anything else we can do for you. 🙏 — Team Simple Bundles 💛
Not bad. I would like to know what data they keep and how they protect against spam. I would really like to see some integration for translating the form into store languages, either with the app or by integration with the popular translation apps in Shopify
Developer reply ·
Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. To answer your questions: form submissions are stored securely in your POWR dashboard, you can export or delete them at any time, and the app uses reCAPTCHA along with honeypot protection to filter out spam. Native multi-language support and direct integration with Shopify translation apps aren't available yet, but I've passed the request along to our product team. In the meantime, a workaround is to create a separate form for each language and embed each one on the matching language version of your storefront page, so visitors see the form in their selected language.
It seems to do the job. I would say that the bare minimum nowadays is to have control over your backups, upload it to an external site using SFTP, and that comes with an excessive price tag. There are some other apps covering a second store for free, while this is with additional payment. I would also ask them to include additional languages for people not speaking English or German, or the ability to not store any of our store data in their premises. Another suggestion would be to be able to define retention and trigger on demand backups when you know you are about to do changes that can break stuff. Having said that, I believe it is going in the right direction
We needed some help with our specific set up. Nilesh went the extra mile to help us with everything, fixing all our issues and clarifying our concerns and doubts. Probably the best support experience we've ever had from a Shopify App support team
It works ok for basic bundles, but I've been unable to create breakout volume discounts because you cannot set prices for quantity ranges: 1 unit - Original price 2-5 units - Save 15% 6+ units - Save 25% This is also on the expensive side of this kind of apps, $19 a month starting with $500 sales a month is a significant amount

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for sharing your specific experience with Fast Bundle. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us understand how we can better support our valuable merchants. I personally followed up with our product team regarding your feature request. They reviewed the data and let me know that, unfortunately, only one merchant after you has requested this particular feature so far. Due to current demand, they are unable to prioritize its development at this time. That said, we truly value input like yours and have implemented several enhancements based on similar merchant suggestions in the past. For example, we've recently added multiple new templates to the Volume Discount bundle, which many users have found helpful for creating effective bundle offers. Regarding pricing, we understand that $19/month can feel significant, especially when comparing features across apps. We aim to deliver strong value through our bundle variety, 24/7 support, and ongoing improvements based on merchant input. We've sent you a follow-up email from our Customer Satisfaction Team with goodwill gestures to help make things right, including potential ways to explore advanced setups. We haven't received a response yet. if the email landed in your spam folder or if there's anything else we can clarify, please reach out to support@fastbundle.co We're here 24/7 and happy to assist personally. Thank you again for your patience and feedback. We appreciate your input and look forward to the chance to give Fast Bundle another try. Best regards,
We usually leave reviews and update them over time as we gain hands on experience with the apps. We had issues with another very popular box builder app so we had to switch in a hurry. We had previously tested this one so it was our first option to recover custom box feature for our store. This app is not as feature rich as others, but delivers - stepped configurable flow with quantity or amount level rules - multiple items from different variants can be added - picture updated based on selected variant - uses Shopify UI guidelines instead of using their own fonts, color schemas and trying to reinvent the weel - feels snappy when browsing, both the configuration pages and the frontend user facing elements - does not try to sell you other apps in the meantime. - box result in the cart looks good, an item you can control the name of, with the included items visible. We are also happy with the support provided by Dmitri and Cristina, they've been helpful in solving some annoyances with our custom theme. Being a reduced team, you have to understand that these people cannot cover 24/7 as some other asian based teams do. However, once you set Boxi up, it's mostly autopilot. We have set up our two step by step BYOB flows in less than an hour. Overall the experience is good, I still have to see how these boxes convert compared to our previous flows.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! :) We're glad the setup went smoothly and we're always working to improve.
I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently. I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue". So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.
The marketplace for Spanish influencers is not curated. Usually invites are ignored by the influencers, or they send you to an agency which is wiling to make promotion in exchange for an additional fee. The app configuration is cumbersome, with options scattered in different pages. Look & feel is not consistent with Shopify Experience. Overall I feel like I've wasted the money I paid for the subscription.
