Great Customer service... I signed up and needed support immediately (not great with tech) and someone was there ready to support!! Super easy to set up i just needed someone to hold my hand lol

Mesmo ela estando em outro fuso horario e estando tarde pra ela, em torno de meia noite, ela não mediu esforços pra me ajudar. Foi muito prestativa. Top tier support from an intelligent and caring team. Their product is good and they were happy to customise it to suit our brand. The basic plan is free too. They never mentioned money, ever. It was only right to upgrade to the paid tier, which is absolutely affordable, unlike many providers with a lot less to offer. Thanks, guys!

PreOrder Globo helps enable orders even when stocks for some products are yet to be available. Got a little hiccup setting it up but Globo customer service agent Helen helped me troubleshoot the issue and it's now working. Thank you, Helen and Globo!
