I worked with, Aaron from the support team. He reached out to me right after I installed and even offered to customize everything to match my brand, to help ease with using the app. He showed me color options, kept adjusting until it matched my store, and was patient with all my small changes. The app was easy to set up and the support made it feel really personal. Highly recommend! Oh and support is NOT a robot but a live person lol

Pearl from their Support team has been a great help. We have implemented custom theme code to display a cosmetic discount for B2B customers and there was a slight inconsistency with how the price was displayed on the PDP. She was able to implement a custom code on their side to align with our intended appearance and also highlighted it as an opportunity for a new function in the app to the senior team. Great help so far!

Amazing app and super fast service - my customization happen almost in 5-10 minutes when you need it. Most recently Pearl helped me as one of my items was going out of stock and she helped me put in a quick fix to make it feel more embedded with my theme. Highly recommend if you have product that needs low stock inventory or pre-order or other such alerts.

Perfect for my shops needs as a small business. I was able to receive fast help from staff right away. Mason was quick and friendly and able to get me right back to selling.

Have only added this recently, but so far it's been great. Wish we'd added it before. Aaron has been so helpful with my questions today and responded to my first request in under a minute (on a Sunday!) and also asked if I'd like help on customization, without me asking, so am very impressed with the customer service so far.

App is working well so far and giving my Shopify site the option to show products as in-stock and ready to ship, as well as pre-order options and notify me when available. I had an issue with the formatting of the buttons and Aaron from the Help team was brilliant. He came back to me right away and sorted this issue very quickly.

After installing the app and feeling a little overwhelmed, Grace stepped in almost immediately and was extremely helpful in getting the app set up exactly how I wanted in my shop. It's now looking beautiful and this app has other super handy features like pre-order, stock notice and wishlist - all essentials for an online business like mine. Kudos to the team!
