I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the app Pricing by Country, listed on the Shopify App Store. I have been a paying customer of this app for several years, currently on a legacy subscription plan of USD 29/month. The app has always provided support whenever needed, and I also pay annually for continued access. Now, In order to assist me with integrating the app into my new theme, I must pay an additional INR 10,000 — a support fee that was never part of the original subscription. They also stated that if I uninstall and reinstall the app, I will lose my legacy plan and be forced to move to their new pricing of USD 99/month. Effectively, this penalizes me for being an early adopter and paying consistently over the years, while offering no clear or fair justification for these sudden extra costs. This feels discriminatory and not in line with how apps on Shopify are expected to work. Merchants subscribe to paid apps with the understanding that support is included as part of the service. Introducing arbitrary, unexpected charges — especially targeting legacy users — goes against both trust and fair business practices. As Shopify is the parent platform listing this app, I request that you investigate this matter and ensure that app developers cannot impose unfair charges on long-term, paying customers. We tried few other apps before finally closing on webrex app. The feature that we were looking for (increasing the price of all products by certain percentage for countries outside our base country) was not available in the other apps and this was the only app which was also compatible with the theme we were using. The support team is very responsive and the response is very prompt. They are willing to get on a call and understand the issue and resolve it as best as they can. Would definitely recommend the app.

I want to leave a review and maybe save sales for some people. This app broke my sales completely. I didn't figure out why I am having such a huge drop at first, so I lost a lot of money. After I deleted this app, everything was restored. So what does this app do? it creates additional options in the product card, which then are automatically shown in the catalog (shop) on your Instagram + in your Advertising campaigns with the catalog. And it broke completely all sales. And the support continues saying that they didn't make any changes on Social media. Even though it is obvious to everyone who has a shop on Instagram, that catalog on Instagram is connected to your website. So I strongly advise you not to use this app. -

I leave my feedback not immediately after installation, but after a certain period of using the application. I want to tell about the situation we are facing, perhaps it will help someone when making a decision about using the application. I installed the app, set different prices for different regions. I had a number of questions, the support service really answered very quickly. It is worth noting that different prices for different regions really appeared. Then I signed up for a paid subscription and then the most interesting thing began. The application made changes to the card of each product in my shop on shopify, after which each product turned out to be not in 2 variants, but in 22 variants, then all these changes were broadcast to my Facebook business account, and from there to Instagram. Thus, complete confusion began in my social networks, buyers began to write and ask why I have different prices everywhere, some on the website, others on Facebook and Instagram. I contacted the support service with my problem, the specialist categorically stated that their application did not make any changes to my social networks and he could not help with my problem in any way. I contacted him many times, trying to encourage him to understand the situation and connect me with the technical service, but each time I received a message from the script that the application was not making any changes and the support service could not help me. The result is that the application has confused all my sales sources (product card on the shopify website, Facebook business, Instagram store), the support service refused to understand the situation and abandoned me. I have decided to stop using this application. I will leave an addition to the review: The entire test period was completely spent by me. I just didn't need any changes from the application in my social networks and the product card on the site. However, these changes have occurred, which has absolutely destroyed my sales channels! I contacted the Shopify support service and received a response from them that the changes on the site were indeed made by the application! We had really BAD experience unfortunately. Support staff was NOT helpful although we are beginner to Shopify,,, when we wanted to remove this App, and had a meeting with them, they told me they would refund because this App doesn' meet our requirement, but actually they told us they didn't want to proceed what they said to us...!! The changed the fact... We don't recommend this App! I'm sorry to change my review but even though support always was fast and they tried to help me, the app was way to unstable. Shopify apparently changed some code which made the app show the wrong prices. This led to some 0 margin sales for me and I had to find out the hard way. They blamed Shopify and said they were working on it. I have now changed to another app that works seamlessly without any problems at all.

I used the app to have different pricing for different countries so as to take care to shipping and handling cost and it worked perfectly! A few improvements will help, bulk price sync and for the app to work with some product upsell features. Support is also very quick to help.

Finally found the ability to present different prices to different global markets without having to do anything complicated. Excellent technical support. This App is highly recommended.

Although I am on my free trail and in the middle of setting up the app, I wanted to say that the support I got was outstanding. I had a couple of questions and was not sure about the set up, half way into it. I contacted the app support and got into a google video with Arpan who patiently talked me through the set up and answered my questions. More than that we exchanged on whats app prior to the meeting. I realised at the end of the meeting that he was helping me on a bank holiday in India. I am delighted to start with such a help and the confidence of knowing a real and helpful person is there to help behind this app. Will review again as I am getting going .

Diese App bietet sich als interessanter (und günstigerer) Workaround an, wenn man seinen Shop nicht auf Advanced upgraden möchte, aber eben doch pro Markt (Land) verschiedene Preise anbieten will. Schweizer Shops zum Beispiel können zwar den Advanced Plan buchen, das Feature der int. Preisgestaltung dann aber doch nicht nutzen, da Shopify Payments in der CH nicht erhältlich ist. Und das wäre leider Voraussetzung für die volle Nutzung... Die App bietet hier spannende Abhilfe. Zwar kann nach dem Checkout die Landeswährung der/des Kund:in nicht angezeigt werden (es ist immer die Checkoutwährung der Einstellung des Shops). Aber dafür wird nach aktuellem Kurs der manuell eingegeben Preis angezeigt. Gutes Feature, auch gut: Der Service. Konnte sofrot einen Videocall buchen, nachdem ich bei der Installation Probleme hatte.

Our store has done a deliberate research to compare all existing international pricing methods, and Pricing by Country is the best option out of all, not only in terms of cost but we find the knowledgeable support team most valuable. A huge plus is that their support team stay consistently patient from start throughout the configuration to trouble-shooting. One improvement that we are looking forward to is a better intergration with the new Shopify Market function; which then will allow our customer to checkout with the display international curreny.

They asked me to remove my color swatch feature on collection page and related product feature on product page. $29 a month but I need to remove my features? are you kidding me? And you cannot really set your own price. It auto change the price with exchange rate. The 3 stars are for their support, been helping me, taking 2 stars off for the app and not be able to compatible with the features

This App ticks all the boxes for what we need. I did experience a coding bug to my themes prices and how they visually appeared on my site due to the app but after contacting them through support chat, I was assisted by the team and all was resolved.
