We've had frequent issues in the past with the combination of COD and shipping methods, but this solved everything instantly! On top of that, it also helped us fix a problem related to how addresses were formatted. That didn't work at first, but once I reached out via chat, the support quickly helped me sort it out. Excellent service and support!
We use this app to issue invoices. I like that customers can download it themselves. The app also has a nice feature called “Send Email”! This is great for our specific B2B orders when the billing address and shipping address are different. There was a translation issue, but they fixed it. Thank you very much.
Good recording app! We changed from another recording app because it terminated the service. But this app seems to be much better. Easy to use. It also has a survey feature, good to take a small survey.

Great app. We needed to show each discounted price on our b2b invoices and founded this app. Invoices can be translated into Japanese, but orders and other aspects were not fully supported. But after contacted customer support, they solved the problem! Quick answers, good communication. However, it would be nice to be able to add columns as well as rows. Also, it would be great if it had more templates or if we could change the design in more detail. The address alone fills half the paper. We look forward to future updates.

I noticed your point about design changes, but I didn't see it come up in conversations with our team. Indeed, we can make many changes using our template editor on the Design → Edit Code page of your app. This feature allows you to customize the template of the invoice to add/remove content, change sizing, or relocate content. Our Support team will follow up with you to discuss this with you and see what we can do :)
ポイントアップ期間を作りたかったためほかのアプリから乗り換えました。 ほかのアプリをいろいろと見ましたが、おそらくポイントアップできるのはこのアプリだけです。 前のアプリではできた機能的にできないこと・ないものなどがあり（ウィジェットの表示内容を自分で変えたりはできない、顧客情報を直接アプリ内では見れないなど）、まだこれからどんどんとよくなっていく過程のアプリかと思いますので、期待しています。 サポートは海外アプリにあるようなチャットはありませんが、メールの返信は比較的早く返ってきます。アプリ以外のことにも丁寧に答えていただき、大変感謝しています。 今後のアプリのアップデートに期待します。

Very helpful customer service! Ron was very very helpful. Actually I wasn't still sure to use the app instead of the previous app but he really quickly and nicelly helped me to install and customize. Very happy :)

基本機能が無料なのが良いです。現在キャンペーン中でeギフトの手数料無料なのも良いです！サポートも丁寧でした。 ですが複数まとめてギフトにできないなど若干使いにくい部分があるので今後の開発に期待します。

We didn't want to show our customers names on the reviews. Happy the customer support from Yotpo helped us with the problem so quickly. Thank you. We are still new to the app, don't get used to it but great app so far.
Amazing app! I've contacted them several times but always Very friendly and super quick support. My shop hasn't opened yet but this app definitely will help us a lot after opening :)
It's a great app, I can't believe it is free! Also, even if we get a problem, they fix it very quickly! Customer support is great too.
This app so much helps us to sell internationally. The app didn't work well at first but we can chat with the very friendly customer support, and they solve our problems quickly. Since our shop isn't open yet, we don't know if it will work perfectly yet but seems great so far! Thank you for the great app.
