The reproduction of documents in this tool works very well. However, you cannot necessarily rely on the automations. A minus point is the support, which takes a very long time to respond and is inflexible. To date, we have not been able to solve problems that have existed for several months. Another minus point is the staggering of the price plans. We process slightly more orders per month than are included in the $20 plan and therefore have to pay for the unlimited plan, which costs three times as much. We should have paid attention to this before we set up all the documents.

2024 update I cannot recommend this app enough. We have used it for years now and they NEVER let us down. Their customer service is hard to beat. They always help way beyond what you would expect. Their system works perfectly, and it is easy to use on your own without involving them if you don't want too. This app is very user friendly and if you can't figure it out they will help you quickly. We have been using this app for about 6 months now and it always works. We added a second printer with packing labels recently and they helped us every step of the way. I could not be more happy with how this works and the customer service.

This app is fantastic and worth every penny. I run a 3D print on demand store. Before I started using this app, I had to check each order and track all the parts that needed printing. I use Printout designer to generate custom sheets when an order is place with all the needed info as well as trackable links. It has reduced so much busy work and really optimized my workflow.

Absolutely love this app. Super flexible and great for automation, does exactly what we need for a Florist business with a large amount of custom orders to pick and pack every day. The main user of it day-to-day in the business is an older gentleman with no complaints or issues. Support is super fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

We use this app to email our new orders to our HPEprint capable printers. This app saves us at least 1 hour per day printing orders. Support for this app is outstanding, they are located in Europe so any question they have they get to overnight and when you get to work the next day, it is available (work days). Highly suggest using Printout Designer to automate your order printing.

This print app saved our business. We found out late that bulk printing is something that is difficult to solve within Shopify. With this app, bulk printing is a breeze and packing slips are completely editable. Very satisfied! Robin

Super upgrade to the Shopify printer option. I now have an easy way of amending and updating my order forms and they are now in keeping with my branding. The support was really good in getting my template just how I needed it to look. Would highly recommend

Took some learning to set up, but this app does wonders if you want to personalise documents sent to your customers. I use it for packing slips and welcome notes. Also EXCELLENT customer service. They were really helpful.

This thing is amazing, I tried multiple apps and none of them come close to the functionality of this. Customer service was excellent as well, in our case we needed something very specific on the packing slip and they held our hand through the process of setting everything up.

It's such a simple concept, but this tool is SOOO powerful! I was able to completely customize the order sheets that printout with important data from our custom product tool. It's cut down on our order fulfillment time significantly. I can't recommend this product enough.

Great app, the default invoice template is nice, and so is the editor. I really like how it has integration with Google Cloud Print to seamlessly auto-print new orders without requiring me to run a program on my computer all the time.

An amazing app! Essential for a growing store. I used to do my shipping labels by hand and run around my stock room with my phone scrolling through the order. This took ages!!! Now with Printout Designer I have a packing slip (that I customised for my needs) automatically print when an order comes in AND I print my shipping labels (also customised) with 1 click. HUGE TIME SAVING! I am going to get a specialised label printer soon and have the app print directly to that automatically which means I don't have to worry about creating shipping labels ever again! AMAZING!

Awesome app! The ability for me to print customized labels for my offering of more than 1500 products and have the labels automatically generated according to the data fields I choose is brilliant. I know this sounds dramatic but this app was life changing for us. We are also a regional Brick and Mortar chain and we ended up using this to pull our Shopify product data into making a super easy to use price tag template. To say the support we got was outstanding is an understatement: they basically set the whole thing up for us and saved us so much time. What used to take hours and hours now takes us minutes (or seconds!). This app lets you make pretty much any type of print template from Shopify data that you'd like and they will help you do it. I highly recommend it!

Labels are obviously one of the most exciting parts of running an online store. The frustration of sinking so many hours into formatting a label to Canada Post requirements is luckily addressed by Tanel and his Print invoice App. I designed my own label and he helped me code it before I was even a paying customer. Great if you wish to customize all your printouts. With it you can print anything you can imagine. The latest editor is a bit glitchy at times but overall great for customization. Good service. Quite expensive though.

Probably the most useful app in the Shopify Store. Easy to install. Easy to figure out. I tried the others, installed this app, and couldn't delete the other app fast enough. The big difference for me is the ability to save my documents as a PDF. I'll never regret my decision! AWESOME app!

We have just moved from Actinic to Shopify. Grabbed Printout Designer as an App for printing Invoices from Mail Order customers and found it a snip to alter their templates into ones that suited us, so much so that we can carry on using our stock of A4 sheets with integral labels without a 'blip'. Easy to install & customise. Nice looking & clear invoices. Would love it if discounts can be shown on the invoices too although I'm sure it's simple, I just don't know how to add them in!

I don't know why it took me so long to install this app... it's been an absolute time saver! Not being very IT savvy, it took me a little while to play around with the template until I became familiar with it. Great app! The invoices are very customisable to suit your own needs. You can add images so that you can add your logo. We have even put our Printed Postage Impression on the address labels so that we have one less thing to print.
