Joseph has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire QuickSync setup process. He’s been very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. Had a few issues, still in trial, will update review shortly. But kudos to Jayson, customer service is so far definitely available and helpful. Responses are good, and the BS support "ticket" created by staff who don't even know their own product is not the case here. Seem to know their stuff.

I found so called big names in dropship and sync etc and I was frustrated tryna sync all my online stores and fulfill orders.. it was 15 days of frustration and pain.. no customer service.. no contact omggggg.... Sometimes you're lucky and you reach out to customer service and you actually get treated as a customer and get service. I had the priviledge of working with Joseph today. Omar is doing great at helping answer my questions! So far, I have spent around 20 hours on chats with the actual tiktok and shopify people and those ones DIDN't help, but I think this is going to work to solve my syncing issues!

Joseph helped me set up all my Shopify shop inventory into my TikTok Shop. This would NOT have been possible if I were to attempt do it as TikTok Shop is not easy to navigate. SO happy I decided to use QS. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service which makes the experience even better.
Installed app as was struggling to link inventory between Shopify and TikTok. Once installed, Omar messaged to help me get setup. He was great and showed me exactly what to do and event remote supported in my needs for the app. Now excited to get this working so I have a system that will benefit our business

Omar has been excellent, guiding me through the onboarding process, answering questions. I found Tiktok so difficult to navigate an dget set up so we can fulfil orders through Shopify and our regular 3PL... no brainer to use Quicksync and customer service is amazing

I encountered difficulties connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, but as soon as I logged into the QuickSync website, an agent named Joseph promptly offered assistance. He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. He continues to help every time I need assistance. Joseph's patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. Joseph was incredibly helpful during a stressful moment. I was having issues with syncing my Shopify store products to my Tiktok Seller Account. Even after running into a wall he was able to walk me through and trouble shoot the issue. I believe the issue I am having is on Tiktok's end. But it was pleasant to speak with him over Zoom and receive clarity on the matter and support. Moving forward, I will open a ticket with TikTok to hopefully get this matter resolved once and for all.

Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all. Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. Just lost sales because of this app. I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.

This app is fantastic, and the customer support is top-notch! I initially had some trouble with the setup, but Omar was extremely helpful and quick to address all my questions. Now, the app syncs orders flawlessly, eliminating a major frustration I used to have. If you think this app could benefit your business, I highly recommend giving it a try—it’s worked great for me! After the setup i found out that we cant sync anything if we are printing the labels directly from tiktok. So In this case i have to unistall it. Its not really Quicksync's issue. its a limitation from tiktok and cant accuse quicksync for this.

Great app to integrate Tiktok shop orders to Shopify. Plus, the service is outstanding and always there to help.
Still in the process of setting up at the time of this review but so far the customer support from Joseph has been world class. Super fast and responsive. The app set up so far is much easier than going through other options. This so far is #1 for anyone wanting to integrate to TikTok!
