Very happy with the help, super fast and super friendly!
Omar has been excellent, guiding me through the onboarding process, answering questions. I found Tiktok so difficult to navigate an dget set up so we can fulfil orders through Shopify and our regular 3PL... no brainer to use Quicksync and customer service is amazing

Have been emailing them a technical question a few times over the last week or so and getting radio silence... support is really not great compared otot other shopify apps

Great product and quite simply BEST customer support on ANY tech product I have worked with- even on the free tier. Unreal. Always new great product innovations. Such a no-brainer vs expensive reviews platforms.
Super easy to use, and Bhushan is mega helpful. Easy to upload from a user POV, easy to navigate from a shopper POV - and I'm sure it'll only get better!!
