Excellent app and outstanding customer service! I am extremely satisfied with SA Request a Quote. The app works very well and is a great addition to our Shopify store. What impressed me the most was their customer support. I had an issue with our quote request emails, and their team was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. They took the time to understand the problem and made sure everything was working properly. It's rare to receive customer service this good. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help. I highly recommand this app and their team. They absolutly deserve 5 stars !

Excellent customer service!! First, I raised my issue through the online chat. The person answering was very kind despite my lack of knowledge about technical things. Then, my issue was forwarded to the developer team and I was informed that they will send me an email once it was done. Less than 24hours later, I received email that my issue was fixed. only just uploaded it, but creates a resolution for a problem ive had for a little while on out website already, I had a small issue with the quotes coming through, but i messaged the service system, they were quick to reply and quick to fix the problem

The app worked excellently from the start and aligned perfectly with my needs. Due to the theme I had purchased, a few minor bugs appeared. For this, I contacted the support team. The support responded quickly and professionally and immediately coordinated with the developers. Within 24 hours, all issues were resolved and everything functioned as expected again. Super quick support! had troubles with the quote form submission, i messaged the live support, they answered right away and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! one of the best shopify apps i have installed with 5 star service
