DRIP: Sell Returns & Open Box

We were looking for an app exactly like this and finally found it. Brad and his team have been a tremendous help with getting everything just right. I was so pleased to see the app in action and processing our returns for sale again. This is the only app we'll use and we look forward to new features.

It is working well for us. There was an issue with our particular theme and the team made sure it worked properly for us.

As a clothing retailer we have struggled to find a viable way to list our returns at a deal price, separate them from the original SKU and list them at a discounted price. This app has provided the solution, it literally takes seconds to list the item, pushing them through to our sale section and then delisting the item when it sells. Support with the app has been amazing.... Highly recommended.

Brad and his team created a really cool extension here! The auto industry has a significantly higher return rate than some other industries so having a tool like this has expanded our potential greatly. Business owners do not think of this as just a way to move damaged goods.. this is a tool to be able to deploy better solutions to customers. Customer bought the wrong item, but attempted to install it? Don't just turn them away, take it back, drip it! Customer received a damaged item, you got paid out for the claim? Don't just tell them to throw it away, take it back and drip it! This is a revenue generating app.. do not sleep on creative ways to generate revenue and improve your customer service experience.

Great app. Developer was very helpful in sorting out some template/display issues initially. Returned items used to sit on my desk for a month or more before getting around to listing on ebay or elsewhere. Now, I can get them listed on our own website in just minutes. Haven't tried the "drip" feature, but our fixed-discount approach to pricing open-box items has worked just fine with the app.

For its purpose it simply works and the customer service is excellent.

Great app. Makes it really easy to post and sell our open box returns, even our demos/samples, basically anything that can't be sold as brand new. Now it's just part of the work flow on accepting returns. Great support too. Highly recommended.

Great app for quickly and easily turning returns into cash. Brad (the developer) was very helpful in brainstorming how to best use the app in coordination with other software in our stack (in this case, a custom inventory management system) If you find your returns piling up, give this a shot!

We had been letting returns pile up because we didn't have a good solution to sell them. This app did exactly that. 23 Sales ($1600) in less than a week. DRIP works great and is really everything you need to effectively and quickly list and sell returns, scratch & dent, clearance, etc. Brad was super helpful in getting everything set up and offering best practices advice. We are just ramping up using this app, but the experience has been great so far. In fact when we were testing this feature on our site we had the problem of the items we were listing were selling more quickly than we anticipated. Also we had some suggestions for changes while we were testing and they actually were able to take many of our suggestions and roll them out in days or weeks. I never had a company be so responsive for a new & free customer. We anticipate this new feature will allow us to recoup $10K+ a year in revenue from items we were not able to sell before. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found this app. We have a ton of returns that are in A-condition. They are piling up, and I just didn't have the energy to create listings. Shopify doesn't have a feature to sell in conditions other than new. This app quickly created identical SKU with my settings. App support is amazing, personal, and dedicated to do whatever it takes to get things going. I needed a decent bit of theme modification and they had me up and running within the day. Since installing it a few days ago, I've already received numerous orders for our returns/open box items... this is MONEY IN THE BANK and well worth the fee. 5-Stars.

This app has helped us take what had required a lot of manual work (time) and automated it. Not only that, but it has helped us increase how quickly we can sell our returned items as well. This app makes it very easy to sell merchandise that is otherwise complicated to deal with. Whether it be a returned item or anything else in "less than new" condition, items are easy to sell with the ReturnsForSale app. Setup was quick and easy and we had results almost immediately.

This app made turning returns and lost money into profit super easy. This was an app we needed badly to clear out a ton of returns. Getting products listed is as simple as Shoot some photos, add to the app and then a few days later a product that's been collecting dust and taking up shelf space is gone and money in our pockets. Amazing app that allows me to sell all my open-box products and turn what used to be a loss into a win-win. Easy to install and manage.

This app has helped us sell customer returned items that we are unable to put back into our inventory as new condition. It is very easy to list these items and they show up on the original listing giving the customer an option to buy these items at a lower cost. So far it has been working just as well as listing them on eBay if not better!

It took my developer less than 5 minutes to install, but I thought it was totally automated. Otherwise, no complaints. Perfect for us, as we get some items back that have been slightly used. We used to pile them up and hope to sell them at an event, we don't have a physical store to liquidate. This app makes it really easy to sell any return in any condition. Really well laid out and easy. I also like that it removes it from the product list in shopify, makes it clean. Highly recommend if you get returns that can't be sold as new!

Great app. Our returns never seem to have the packaging right and sometimes products are slightly dirty due to being used in the field. All that means we can't sell exactly as new, but still have 5 year warranty and fine. Once the app was installed, it's very easy and our products with traffic sell pretty quick. One by one, our box of returns went away. We literally sold a few with damage, we just rated it that way, described the damage and put up a photo of it. That was money we would have thrown away. We'll use this as needed, glad to have it.
