The ad campaigns force you into a certain ROAS target. There is not much flexibility there. Also, the ROAS is not accurate because they count shipping and tax as part of the sale. The ROAS should only count for the actual price of the product. Saying a $11.51 sale achieved 599% ROAS when the actual product was $3.60 and the rest was shipping and tax, is incorrect and deceptive. The $1.92 paid for that sale was over 53% of the actual product price. So, the ROAS was actually 188% on that sale. Also, if someone buys something through the ad campaign, and they then cancel the order, you still pay for the sale in the ad campaign. They won't credit you. It should automatically be credited when that happens, in my opinion. Otherwise, you are opening up the retailer to fraud and extra cost. Imagine selling something and paying $10 for the sale through the campaign and then the order gets cancelled. How many of those before you have to stop using the SHOP campaigns? It's OK if you are trying to get new customers, but be aware of these problems under the hood, problems that should not exist.

So far, the app is working great and the support team was helpful and fast at providing assistance and answering questions.

It's a really good app. I use it to block out certain payment options at checkout for special products and I also use it to hide undesirable shipping services when customers use a PO box. Support responded fast when I had a question.

You can look forward to them unexpectedly holding the funds on your first order for the reason that they are "getting to know your business." There is nothing in the merchant agreement that says they can do that, so it's fraud. Meanwhile you can't ship the order to your customer because you have no idea if you are actually going to receive the payment. The Feds need to look closely at this trashy company.

It is worthless and so is their nonexistent support. I can't run ad campaigns or upload videos to our business account. I have been trying to get help for weeks and have been completely ignored. This horrible excuse for a company should be banned. We will be filing a complaint through Shopify and the FTC.

We use it to set the SEO for our site and for JSON-LD for attractive organic search results. It's a great app with good support.

Use of this app requires your store to be on the Shopify Plus plan, but the ad doesn't reflect that requirement.

It's a wonderful app, especially if you have many different products with varying sizes. It allows for a lot of flexibility and with the free EasyPost account, you have access to many built-in shipping services like USPS and UPS, or you can connect your own accounts. Support was great helping us get set up.

We love this app for an extra layer of security and control over who accesses our site. It is great that it is free.

Terrible app and terrible support. If a customer buys more than one item and wants to return multiple of the same for exchange, the app doesn't allow it. It forces the customer to exchange with multiples of one item. We have told you about it before and you do nothing. Your support staff requests access to our store, but when we give it to you, you do nothing and never contact us again. We have a customer complaint today because of this and are now having to stop our holiday work and find another app to do what your app should already be doing.

This is a cool app. Easily create bundle products out of your current inventory and this app manages the count of the individual products for you. That way, you can sell the individuals and the bundles at the same time and not have to change the count yourself. Support has been great!

I needed GTINs for Google listings and this solves the problem! Goes along perfectly with their Google Feed app. I use the GTINs for some of the products I sell that have the same barcode and I also use them for some of my custom bundles.

We needed to manage our own Google Merchant Center feed. Not only will this app give you a great feed, but it gives you a jump start by intelligently setting your products up in Merchant Center. The support is amazing and the help documentation is full of useful understandable information. If you need GTINs to bring your products to approval status, look no further. We had issues with missing GTINs and duplicate GTINs on some products. Support found us a reseller of valid GTINs at a low price for our products which then got approved in Google Merchant. We have seen a boost in sales of those products since setting up our feed with this app. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Been using it only for a few hours and it already blocked a bot from outside my country. Support has been quick to answer my questions. The user analytics allows you to see IP addresses, time of access, and browser used so you can find your bad IPs and block them. Great price.

Asked if they could reduce to the size of the loyalty widget for better visibility on my mobile phone. They said it's not possible. I don't believe that at all. Anything in a website can have the size changed. They don't want to help me for unknown reasons. Now insisting I get on the phone with them. Refusing to discuss over email. Very unprofessional. Now have to report them to Shopify and figure out how to remove the app that is fully imbedded in my website.
