The app is a very efficient and interactive one but I had a couple of questions on the setup for my Shopify Store. Luckily Dev was quick enough to respond and he answered my questions. My brain is tired mush a lot of the time, but I've had no problems customizing and utilizing this app—and the one confusion I did have was sorted out promptly with their very helpful chat support. The "recommended" products upsell has been well-used, as well as the progress bar.

Ik vind deze app super fijn om te gebruiken. Heel makkelijk en een goede manier om producten up te sellen. Ik gebruik hem nu bijna 3 maanden op mijn site en ik zou geen andere app meer willen voor upselling. Zeker een aanrader. Ook de klantenservice is erg behulpzaam.

Not sure how anyone who has left a review has contacted anyone with this app but after 3 emails, scheduling a demo and sitting waiting for someone for 15 minutes, I am very disappointed that there is absolutely no one working for this app. I sent multiple chat messages and they always said we're not available, send an email. If you are the developer, please contact me. Update 7.16.24 - I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as the developer has been in contact and has made some great changes. This slide cart is perfect and am very thankful for all of their assistance in a great app!
