I've been using this app for over a year now, and I'm very happy with it! The team was extremely helpful during the setup process, and everything works perfectly. Orders that can be fulfilled by Amazon are automatically shipped through Amazon, while I handle the remaining orders myself. This helps me save on shipping costs and ensures that my German customers receive their orders faster. Highly recommended!

I wanted to switch to the free Amazon MCF app, but I couldn’t get it working on my own. Unfortunately, contacting Amazon support turned into a frustrating experience, and I wasn’t able to get the help I needed from their side. After the installation, both Webbee and the Amazon MCF app were running simultaneously on my Shopify account, which caused major issues in our backend: orders were no longer marked as fulfilled, invoices were not being sent, and several processes stopped working properly. Thankfully, Webbee’s support team responded quickly and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. After just two meetings, Webbee was running smoothly again, just as it had been for the past almost two years, and the Amazon MCF app was successfully removed. I’m truly grateful for Malik’s professional and friendly support, and I wish you all the best in the future!

When I started using this app, I faced a few issues such as inventory sync problems. Sometimes, when orders were received, I had to manually send the order to Amazon. There were a few other minor issues as well. However, the team is extremely supportive and responsive. They resolved my issues immediately every time. Their team is always available and ready to help. Overall, I had a good experience with their support.

Support help set up configuration for Shopify to Amazon MCF, with successful testing. Also went though all shopify settings to ensure all products are available on the shop front side, and made sure all inventory was updated correctly. Also checked Amazon MCF for EBAY with the support team - who are experts. Walked through step by step process with patience and support. Been using this app for over a year and love it. No real issues however was stuck with some virtual bundles and Ebay integration. This is an excellent app if you are a merchant using Amazon MCF for your shop orders. Very versatile and the team keeps improving the features. Of course there are important features that are only available in higher grade plans i.e. pre-determining if orders should be shipped from Amazon or from your own warehouse based on the customers shopping cart contents. I find this feature very powerful and you can save a heck of a lot of shipping costs, which the app also indicates in the enterprise plan with the calculated shipping fees per order. But you can always downgrade again to a cheaper plan, if you don`t need these powerful features, depending on your cost calculations. Definitely a 5 star app!

Excellent app. Manages almost real time inventory sync with Amazon MCF. Every 30 minutes it pulls in the inventory. Everything is automated. We don't have to do anything after initial setup. Any questions we have, WebBee Support is available for a Zoom chat to go over things. We liked the Shopify MCF integration so much we decided to also use WebBee for TikTok Shop and MCF integration. We highly recommend using WeBee over the default Shopify apps for Amazon MCF integrations.
