When I started using this app, I faced a few issues such as inventory sync problems. Sometimes, when orders were received, I had to manually send the order to Amazon. There were a few other minor issues as well. However, the team is extremely supportive and responsive. They resolved my issues immediately every time. Their team is always available and ready to help. Overall, I had a good experience with their support.

There actually is a free trial - it starts automatically when you select a plan, just like all Shopify managed free trials. We truly offer 3 days completely free, and the app is also free for partner development stores. We’d really appreciate it if you could reconsider your review, as it affects our small business, and we do believe it’s not quite fair given that a trial is indeed available.
Great and very fast customer service! Jon helped immediately with my question and his instructions were very easy to follow.
I tried several apps on personalization, Teeinblue is the best apps so far. The support is absolutely fantastic, they solved my each and every small detail I was asking for.
