We have been using Shiprocket for a long time, and it has made deliveries much easier for us. There were a few communication issues earlier, but they were resolved once the team looked into it. Overall, Shiprocket is a dependable partner for deliveries.

Shiprocket is easy to use and offers good courier options, The platform itself is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the wide range of courier partners and delivery options available. The shipping process, including generating labels and tracking shipments, is generally smooth, but I’ve faced issues with inventory management, especially with synchronization for returns, replacements, and RTO. Also, it would be helpful if warning emails (like those for missed pickups or delivery delays) included individual order numbers and AWB numbers, instead of just an Excel sheet, to make tracking easier

I told to Mr harsh, The overall experience is good with shiprocket, but just bad experience feel with claim team, They are just giving us only date not solution.

(last review with 4 star) Update after 24 hours: Got call from Shiprocket team through out the day, helped me out with my queries and then with few settings understanding the API is exchanging information. Again would like to appreciate Mr. Shaan over here for handling my problems diligently. Rating updated 4 Star. (Second review with 1 star after frustrating experience with API) Updated after 1 hour waiting for orders to sync: Mr. Shaan has informed that he will follow-up after 30 mins and there will be orders seen on dashboard. No call, No Sync, No Option to follow-up from my end with support team. Such a waste of time. If shiprocket is checking this review, i anticipate a call back. (First Review with 4 Star)The support function is quite proactive and helpful to run me thorough the shiprocket portal. Mr. Shaan from shiprocket has hold on total portal section and he guided me through the necessary settings in jiffy.

Some shipments are being processed good and delivered good but some are having issues though they’re trying to resolve this soon , resolving time is 10 days which is lot according to my opinion hope they resolve the issues soon

UPDATE Feb 2022: Now I could see many improvements in the panel and many issues have been addressed. Now one issue I think to be solved is to open a communication channel for courier to directly call vendors like us if there is some issue with delivering the parcel or they are not able to contact customer, etc. (Instead of just sent back RTO). OLD: It used to be good, but now the service is horrible. Wrong weight calculation (charged extra) and they don't support clients at all in these matters. So everytime there is a 500gms weight the couriers used to charge 1kg, when we escalate then they always support couriers though we have the proof. Recently a cod order, customer got the parcel and paid too. But the courier service made RTO and send some jeans in the parcel. We were scammed and shiprocket is no help at all. They are all lazy people just promoting a lot with horrible customer service. Lately we are looking for some new partner.

The integration is seamless. I have been able to grow my business steadily and shiprocket has been helpful thought the process. A very good platform thats a one stop for all your shipping requirements.

Shiprocket is good at his job, but he need to take care of weight discrepancy majorly from Delhivery and xpeessbees. Most of weight descripency is fake uploaded by Delhivery and xpeessbees. They should work on it.

It has simplified our shipping. Some of the things that we really love about their app is (a) Dashboard (b) Order Tracking (c) NDR automation. App and service is really good. Only problem is the communication regarding services available under each plan, Always get things in written, their team tell you something and then deliver something else. Service is good, so you want to stick to them despite the blunder in commitments made.

Works well for us to get a view of the rates across various providers and decide on which one to use for which shipment - support could have been better and should be more responsive and available round the clock as we work and are available round the clock for our customers !
