I found the message app easy to use and very friendly to those that are not very computer savvy. Rated 4 stars because I found myself going in and back out a number of times -- my fault, not the app.
i created a campaign on my own and also used the bot
Merchants should know that this messaging app is very multifunctional to connect your campaigns and send auto responds email marketing to your customers under one platform. Very convenient tools
4 stars. Simple, reliable, and the list lives right in my store, which I like. My one ask: let AI assistants and connected tools build and send campaigns. I run my store with Claude, and it can set up discounts, upload files and manage products through Shopify, but it can’t touch Messaging, so every email ends up as manual click-work. Opening that up would make this an easy 5 stars.
A little clunky to use, but extremely reasonably priced and I like that it says within our store. Gets the job done without needing yet another outside vendor and we're leaning more about how to make our mails look good. 4.5 stars.
Fácil de utilizar, muy amigable, lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es por que le falta mas opciones de configuración, por lo demás excelente.
I have been generally happy with the Messaging App. It is relatively simple to use; not at all expensive and effective at getting my emails out to my customer/subscriber base. Some of the technical stuff - photo/video type; page layout etc is a bit beyond my skills. Tutorials or webinars would probably be helpful, but there are some work arounds that I have found that help.
Overall good experience! I wish there was a way to have a unified header and footer template to expedite emails. Also, I wish the editor was like the Pages editor, more free flowing, where I could have my text then insert variables like FirstName, Product, CartItem, discounts, etc...
We are updating and optimizing our store. Sidekick has been very useful heping with Liquid Coding, generated images & text editing.
Excelente app y fácil de usar, me gustaria que hubieran mas plantillas de marketing, descuentos, lanzamientos.
You do not need Cloudfare as suggested by Shopify AI Sidekick help.
It's easy to set up. With Sidekick at your side if you need help, it's there.
wat lastig inkomen voor beginners maar als je het eenmaal door hebt is het een top app
Intuitiva e fácil de explorar / editar! ótimo para quem quer começar a explorar email marketing!
utile per email marketing e abbastanza intuitiva
I'm using this constantly to send out my email newsletters. There are a few features that I'd like to see. For instance, I'd like to be able to make a clean PDF of the newsletter, but the best I can do right now is make a PDF from the test mail that I've sent. But that's minor.
Does what it needs to do without being too complicated
I've been using Shopify Email for 7 months and have found it to be a great replacement for Mailchimp. Design blocks are easy to use and emails can easily be personalized with the click of the mouse. It also integrates well with Flow for setting up automated emails. I would give this app 5 stars if the reporting were better. While the open rates, clickthroughs, and conversion information is good, there is nowhere in the campaign report where I can see to which segment the email was sent. This means clicking out of multiple emails to piece together which metrics correspond with which segment. Frustratingly, there also isn't a place in the app to provide this feedback, so I'm writing a review instead. Developers, if you are reading this please note my feature request below... Feature Request: Show audience segment in Messaging campaign reports When viewing a sent email campaign's marketing report (the tactic report page), there is currently no way to see which customer segment the campaign was sent to. This information is only visible by navigating back into the campaign detail itself. Requested improvement: Display the target segment name (and ideally a link to it) on the campaign marketing report page, and include it as a column in the Messaging campaign list view. Why it matters: Merchants running multiple segmented campaigns (e.g., Champions, Loyalists, lapsing customers) need to quickly cross-reference performance data with audience composition. Having to navigate back and forth between the report and the campaign detail adds friction and makes comparative analysis harder.

I personally need the AI assistant to help me navigate this app.
It's simple and fairly versatile. One thing that would make it 5 stars for me would be to make it easy to convert the newsletter into a blogpost to have on the website
Skulle vilja ha lite fler mallar bara, annars fungerar den bra.
I really like your items, you cover a lot of pet items, great finds, just a little slow on delivery. Otherwise this store is very goood.
