It is a terrible app. It is impossible to understand why Shopify doesn't fix it. Fundamentally, it is expected to perform a number of functions, yet it is broken and unstable.

very buggy and not working correctly, i wrote to Anastasia, not working on desktop. She said to me " Contact with Shopify" I want my money back.
It is a very detailed and stable application. Furthermore, we received excellent support right from the start. We got quick and detailed answers to all our questions. I am definitely satisfied.

Hazel and Lara were very attentive to us from the very beginning of the process, providing quick, solution-oriented responses to all our issues. The technical team also took initiative and resolved many of our problems. We were very pleased with the process.
It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.

Dear NowShopFun team, Thank you for the honest feedback. We have sent a reply to your latest message and issued a refund for the trouble. We have found unusual bulk update spikes which could have delayed the syncing of product attributes. Also if the latest issue is also related to availability (active or draft) statuses, we can take another look. It is possible we missed something specific, since some of your source store partners are not on the latest Syncio version yet. When we mentioned that some of the problems were related to changes in the Shopify API, our intention was not to close the book on this case. Regardless, if you decide to switch to another syncing app, we would love to do a final check to ensure the transfer is smooth and issue-free. Given that some of the issues are related to API limits being reached it is possible this is universal information that can help with a future syncing integration. It's a fantastic app. It works much better and more efficiently than the theme's default sticky "add to cart" button. Plus, they have very fast and helpful customer support. Thank you so much.
