I'm having a hard time understanding this. I'm willing to pay for the Pro version of the app just to use it, but I still have to request the removal of the branding at the bottom and wait for approval. This is ridiculous. Many apps have started doing this, and Shopify should put an end to it as soon as possible.

I love it, it's simple and useful. I can change the Date format and language quickly. I had tried a different ETA app and while robust and beautiful, there was one feature that was vital to my shop that customer service just couldn't get to work. It was also 3x more expensive. So I decided to give this one a shot and it was incredibly easy to set up and activate. I had one question about adding the ETA to order confirmations and the code snippet needed was quickly provided by customer service.
