This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time. Hello, Sorry for the experience that you had! o not use this app, or any app made by this team, under any circumstances. It’s a complete waste of time. They spent a long time setting it up and it still doesn’t work. When you ask a question, they brush you off. Then they apologize over and over again. You feel sorry for them and say “okay, never mind,” reinstall the app, and they make everything even worse. They made me look ridiculous in front of all my affiliate customers; for days now, people’s purchase commissions aren’t being recorded. Their help desk basically doesn’t work.

For context: our team worked closely with you during setup, made customizations based on your specific requirements, and you personally tested and confirmed everything was working before you've re-launched the program. Once issues arose afterward, we weren't given a chance to troubleshoot—which made it difficult to help. We take this seriously. Our senior support lead has already reached out to you. Among all the spin wheel apps, this is the only company that actually responded to my technical support requests (and did so very quickly). The app has many settings and anti-cheat features built in. While other apps didn’t reply to my questions for weeks, this company provided an immediate solution. Truly a successful app.
I'm having a hard time understanding this. I'm willing to pay for the Pro version of the app just to use it, but I still have to request the removal of the branding at the bottom and wait for approval. This is ridiculous. Many apps have started doing this, and Shopify should put an end to it as soon as possible.

If you follow your site live in the live preview section in shopify, you will see that many people add to the cart and exit. It's a great program to find out why these activities don't turn into sales. The only bad thing is that if you have a site that gets a lot of visitors, you are watching visitor movements like addicted to the screen for hours :)
They have perfect support. My website had issue but they fixed it quickly. I love this app and this support.
