Could not get it to work at all. Followed the instructions, but still got error messages.
What a waste of time and money. No actionable feedback, whoever came up with this concept and built it should be ashamed.

Bonne nouvelle : depuis votre avis, nous avons ajouté la traduction des résultats de simulation qui s'affichent désormais dans la langue de votre boutique (en français pour la vôtre). N'hésitez pas à relancer une simulation et à nous dire ce que vous en pensez !

Complete garbage!!! Did not understand my brand at all, searched for things we do not even sell, and insisted that our search was broken. Also, claimed our Checkout button is broken, when it is clearly not. I can go on BrowserStack and check it across multiple devices and browsers and clearly see that the Checkout button works. Maybe bots are too dumbs to figure out how to checkout. Overall, a complete waste of time. No one should ever pay for this app for any reason.
bots cant access store, no support. waste of time.
Does not work. I've been stuck on "scheduled" for 2 days. There is no customer support available. Not worth it.

it recommended crap that my site already has, it was just trying to get me to purchase a service I clearly didn't need.

Unable to get accurate results as the AI Shoppers are based on a location our website doesnt support

The main issue is that we have noticed very inaccurate results when comparing to our current active AB tests. The app keeps crashing frequently, and videos do not play at all. Will continue monitoring as new features are added and update the review if anything changes. For any store getting enough orders to run your own AB tests, we would recommend doing that instead for accurate data.
