I hesitated to migrate our platform to skulabs due to how complex and high volume our operation is. Long story short- we were able to continue production of approx 12k orders per month with no issue at all. Kevin worked on our schedule to handle the migration, he assisted with each specific element to ensure we can continue operations seamlessly. AJ was looped in to handle the tech element of the WMS and was able to adjust the processes specific to our needs. I dont take the time to leave reviews but this app is top tier and the team behind it is as well. Best decision we made was to move to this platform.

We have been using SKU Labs for multiple years now and the customer support is second to none! Whenever we have an issue, they are quick to respond and implement solutions custom to our store. SKU Labs has streamlined our purchasing and inventory processes. Before SKU Labs, we were on Netsuite, which was an absolute nightmare. The difference is night and day! SKULABs is great! The app works really well, and the customer support is excellent. Whenever I need help, they answer it quickly and follow up to make sure that everything is resolved. The inventory tracking and prediction tools are great. Additionally, I use it for order fulfillment, eliminating the need to pay for another solution like Shipstation. Orders are fulfilled quickly and seamlessly. I sell on multiple different platforms and had a lot of trouble finding an app that could do what I needed it to. The ones that I did find were all terrible, but SKULABs has been a breath of fresh air!

We've been using Skulabs for almost 17 months now and we're really happy that we found them. It has a lot of features that we want and really easy to use. We was with BigCommerce at first then moved to Shopify and with every platform, it runs smoothly, no problem at all. When it comes to support, the team is the best. Alex, AJ, Mat, Brad ... anyone of them is very knowledgable and easy to deal with. They usually reponse within 30 mins and sometimes offered to call to help resolving the problems quick. We can't ask for more! Will definitely stay with Skulabs as long as we can.

When Stitch Labs shut down, we looked at several alternatives for inventory management. I went with a different provider for six weeks until I couldn't take the quirky interface and the bizarre errors anymore. With only 30 days left to find a solution, I contacted SKULabs, who pulled through in the clutch. Not only is the interface so DAMN simple to use, but their support documents are fantastic. And when there is a problem, the team is great about responding quickly (even on weekends) in a helpful, thoughtful, 'we get you're stressed out about this', kinda way. Not like the 'WTF did you break and why is it now my problem?' attitude that some other Shopify app developers can give you. It might cost more than other solutions, but having an app that is simple for my team to use, is everything.

The SKULabs app is support by one of the best tech team I've had the please of working with in the decade of experience I have in e-commerce. Their Customer Service is great, with both technical support, errors and understanding of their own app. You'd think the last point is self explanatory; however, we've ran into plenty of reps for their companies whom do not understand their apps. The App is simple to use, and the fact that connects to multi-stores with such ease has allowed our business to better manage our inventory - though not perfect. The App still could use some more custom features, and I with time, their road map aims to please their customers. Great inventory management system.

Totally flabbergasted by the owners of this app. First we are promised API access at their lowest tier. Then they say "no, you need to pay an extra $6000 a year for API". We say ok no API and then they refuse to service us teling us that "our attitude is not right". Absolutely disgusted. Stay well away.

I've used SKULabs for 2 business operations, and I have nothing to complain about. In both businesses, I started with all possible options on the market, Skuvault, shihero, to name a few, and then actually use each and every app to see which one works the best. SKUlabs won both times. It's a good balance of functionality, affordability, and customer support. The service I got from the team is superb, they really care about the customer and the product. All in all, highly recommended!

This is quite simply one of the best and most extensive inventory management systems available for Shopify. It has significantly reduced our picking/fulfillment times and thus increased our efficiency, it has reduced our postage costs, and it is incredibly simple to use despite its powerful features. Not to mention, Brent and the entire support team are very responsive and always helpful in answering any questions our business has. Worth every penny.

First, Josh and Brent have been great at answering all my questions and listening to the new feature requests as it relates to our specific business needs. Prior to SKULabs, we used a very complex order/inventory management solution. Onboarding took several months and training our new staff was equally as challenging. This is one of the main reasons we love SKULabs so much, it's all contained in one ecosystem which made setup much faster. Secondly, onboarding/training our new employees is so much easier. We love SKULabs and in a short time period, it has already made our business more efficient as we scale our operations. I highly recommend the platform!!!

We rely heavily on inventory management and shipping solutions to ensure inventory accuracy & efficiency. We found there are many systems on the market but few come even close to SKULabs. Some try to do too much and others just don't deliver. SKULabs do what they say and do it very well. Even better - it just works! Since using SKULabs our pick times have decreased by nearly half. Pick and ship accuracy have also improved thanks to SKULabs robust system which verifies barcodes as correct before releasing them for shipping. Finally, the support provided by SKULabs is fantastic. It isn't outsourced, so you know you're dealing with the SKULabs team which means they can deal with the question quickly. They are responsive and updates are regular so you know they too are investing and improving their product. If SKULabs isn't on your list of warehouse and inventory management systems then it should be.

SKULabs helps to organize your inventory efficiently with your listings at once. Its easy to learn, user friendly UI, and last but not least user friendly developers who are willing to help and make what user needs. The best inventory system so far for its price range !

After evaluating 4 different inventory management apps, we almost gave up until we ran across SKULabs. This app is fantastic, intuitive and best of all works! So many other products try to do everything that they entirely miss the boat on the core functionality of what you need them to do - manage orders and inventory! SKULabs not only looks great but everything functions as advertised, and the customer service has been amazing for the setup and any questions that have come about. Refreshing & re-assuring for someone in the UK. As we're in the UK we found it really difficult to find a system to suit our needs. We tried using a UK based system for 6 months and ran into nothing but issues especially around support actually fixing bugs. We've only been using SKULabs for a few weeks but so far the experience is great. The software isn't perfect, especially if you're outside the US/Canada, HOWEVER, the support team are fantastic and often roll out development changes for you very quickly to address issues/provide enhancement. Highly recommended!

We use skulabs at our warehouse with different built in zones. The software works well most of the time, and the glitches we have ran into have been rectified by SKULabs support. Scan to batch has worked out well for us.

I'm so happy we found this app for our Candle, Bath & Body online store. It was hard trying to find a app that could both help speed up processing our orders for shipment as well as manage/track inventory all while being cost effective. I really didn't want to have to use one app for shipping and another app for inventory management. It's great just having one that does both and syncs with our Shopify store. Also the support team at SKULabs is so helpful especially as our store has scaled and grown, they've been able to help us develop work flows to handle the growth of our company has had with more orders and handling a larger inventory.

We use SKU labs every day - it works great for our business and they are quick to help with issues. There are definitely some features that they need to improve on such as the way there kits are structured and that you can't see if a product was barcode scanned. We continue to give them feature ideas and hope to see them developed in the future but it is great for our needs right now.

Our business started with the free 14 day trail. I think we made it to day 5 and made the choice that SKULabs would be the best choice for our company. It has helped us simplify our daily shipping with added productivity as we see less errors in shipping now due to the pick list option with SKULabs. What a killer app! We took advantage of the 14 day trial and just signed on as a customer. The app UX couldn't be better... it's pleasing to look at and simple to use. We sell our products through many trading partners outside of Shopify and keeping our inventory count was one of our challenges. Problem is now solved with SKULabs. When a question came up, I reached to SKULabs by phone and they were great. Customer happiness is a big priority. We couldn't be happier!

I have a brick and mortar model train museum. We run trains for our guests. Two years ago we decided to start selling trains to pay for it. I installed Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks POS. Later we built an eCommerce website using Prestashop. We sold something every now and then, and it was no problem. Then the business grew. And grew. We were having problems. Where was the inventory? What had we ordered? It took lots of steps in multiple systems to sell and ship stuff. Oh yea, we were on eBay too. They get really cranky if you sell something you don't have. We installed Shopify and linked it to Quickbooks. We moved to Shopify POS. Then we found and installed SKUlabs and it made our fulfillment processes much easier and much more organized. We use it for issuing POs; updating inventory; managing fulfillment and for keeping track of preorders. We have a lot of preorders. They have been terrific to work with. I've had lots of questions and I have needed lots of help, like setting up the printing of my price tags. Their customer service has been very good. I moved Quickbooks to online so as they develop those interfaces, I am looking forward to that integration, so that's not done yet. I'm still learning QBO. Here's a summary of how the business process works. When a new product catalog is released I import the products into both Shopify and QBO. Shopify loads SKUlabs. I collect online preorders from customers in Shopify and they flow to SKUlabs and I issue POs from there. When I receive the products from the vendor in SKUlabs, it updates Shopify. I load the vendors bill in QBO for payment. I send invoices in Shopify. As they're paid, the transaction comes back into SKUlabs for shipping and off to QBO to be recognized. For in stock purchases, Shopify sends it to both systems for shipment and recognition. In SKUlabs managing the orders are very easy. I use their tagging system to Seperate orders from preorders, holds, etc. I add notes to orders. I moved the shipping to them from Shippo and bought a scale. No problem. This isn't fully automated yet. I still need to do more with the platform. But we are off to a good start. These guys have been terrific. My wife and I both have full time jobs, this is a part time thing for us, but sales have really climbed. These guys have helped us a lot.
