When Stitch Labs shut down, we looked at several alternatives for inventory management. I went with a different provider for six weeks until I couldn't take the quirky interface and the bizarre errors anymore. With only 30 days left to find a solution, I contacted SKULabs, who pulled through in the clutch. Not only is the interface so DAMN simple to use, but their support documents are fantastic. And when there is a problem, the team is great about responding quickly (even on weekends) in a helpful, thoughtful, 'we get you're stressed out about this', kinda way. Not like the 'WTF did you break and why is it now my problem?' attitude that some other Shopify app developers can give you. It might cost more than other solutions, but having an app that is simple for my team to use, is everything.
Before installing this app, I read the reviews. The common theme amongst the 3-star and lower reviews were issues with theme changes. Our experience wasn't much different. Let me say the support team has been incredibly responsive to my questions and support requests. If it were simply a matter of the helpfulness of the people at Yoast, we would have kept the app. Unfortunately though, our custom theme is such that every time we made a change, something kept Yoast from functioning as it should. It became a 'tail wagging the dog' situation that required too much time and effort to manage. I have Yoast for WordPress and LOVE IT. They definitely know what they're doing with SEO, but unfortunately, it isn't a good fit for my Shopify store.

UPDATE: We'd like to inform you (and anyone reading this review) that as of May 16th, 2023, our app offers the option to be installed without removing conflicting code. As a result, our app does not modify your theme code the same way as before, and though that reduces the benefits of using our app (no Yoast output in the source), it also allows you to use the Yoast SEO analysis options for content optimization regardless if our app is integrated with your theme or not. Therefore, if you wish you can use our app for content optimization only, without full theme integration. Thank you for sharing your feedback, we sincerely appreciate it. To your point about the common theme among the 3-star and lower reviews, it’s important to note that almost all eight of those (except for one in April ‘22) were shared in the first 3 months after we launched the app in January '22. This is because after launching the app there were a few issues that our dev team had to address. Since then we have continued working hard to successfully and consistently earn 5-star reviews. We do understand that there is an issue with our app and the custom theme changes on your store that is taking too much time and effort to manage. We respect your decision that the Yoast SEO for Shopify app is not a good fit for your store, but please keep in mind that we are always developing and improving it. I LOVE how Drip integrates with my store. It pulls in customer information and allows me to segment and target customers based upon purchase history. I've used a couple of other email service providers and none come close to the functionality that Drip provides.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I have had this installed about 3 months now. We would barely get 2 to 3 reviews a month and now get 2 to 3 reviews a day. Have had a couple of issues I needed support for which were handled quickly and easily. Definitely recommend!
Set up was a breeze. Does its job automatically and without any problems. I can't give it 5 stars as I haven't had to use it yet to restore any backed up files, so I don't know if it truly works. Great knowing that if my files get deleted they will (hopefully) be an easy backup restore away. Another reviewer mentioned that it unhid 'hidden' products once activated. That has not been the case with our store.
Great app. Needed some help in the beginning to get it set up and the Spur-i-t team was responsive and helpful. I had to get some help from my team at Shopify to get it integrated into my store so that it fit the theme, but wasn't a big deal. You will want to edit the templates right away because they are written in broken English. Editing was also straightforward. I would have given this app 5 stars if there was a way to find out which customers that got emails ended up placing an order.
Love this app. Makes it easy for customers to send us an email. Have had it for months without any problems.
