One of the best support experiences I have ever had I have used a lot of Shopify apps over the years but the support from this team is on a completely different level. They don't just answer your question and close the ticket — they actually take the time to understand your problem and solve it properly. They scheduled a call with me to walk through my setup step by step and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. What really stood out was that they even helped me with issues that had nothing to do with their app — problems with other apps and integrations that they had no obligation to touch. They just did it anyway. If every app had support like this the Shopify ecosystem would be a much better place. Highly recommended.

This app has been very easy to set up, with support responding incredibly quickly when I contacted them with questions or issues. While there are a few features I'd love to see added/updated, overall I'm very happy with it and the support has been next level.

I switched to this slide out cart after endless issues with another app (to give them credit, they tried to help but just weren't able to). This app was set up in under 10 minutes, and when I had an issue, I reached out to support and they fixed in in under 5 mins. Used Slide Cart's callback API to build a fully custom, animated tier-reward bar for a sale: three flip cards, live cart data, fully on-brand. Support (especially Anoop) worked through some tricky discount-calculation edge cases with us until everything ran smoothly. Great app if you want real customization, not just templates.

Setting this up the drawer cart was super easy, I ran into a snag with my theme and the default cart and reached out to support and they replied quick and were super fast to fix the issue for me. Highly recommend!

Genuinely impressed with both the app and the support. We wanted a custom free-gift setup in the cart drawer, styled to match a specific reference, shown only on subscription purchases and locked so customers can't change it. It wasn't a standard config, but the team built exactly what we described and kept iterating on the finer design details until it was pixel-perfect on mobile too. Special mention to Mauro, Cristian, Anoop and the team, who were fast, clear, and genuinely invested in getting it right rather than just closing the ticket. They even took a fresh copy of our live theme to make sure no recent changes were lost, and transferred the code cleanly so nothing else broke. That kind of care is rare. The slide cart itself is fast, clean, and flexible, and the rewards and free-gift features do a lot out of the box. Highly recommended.

Great app with excellent support. Everything works perfectly with my store. The shopping cart functions smoothly and offers many other useful features. Highly recommended!

Good app overall and the Slide Cart works well. However, one important downside: the app is positioned as multi-language in the Shopify App Store, but key parts of the free gift feature are not translatable natively (e.g. “Free” and “Add”). The only solution provided by support is to modify these texts via custom JavaScript. In practice, this is not a stable or scalable solution, since the cart is dynamically re-rendered and these changes can reset or interfere with normal cart behavior. This is something you only run into after full integration, which is unfortunate. At that point, switching to another cart solution is not a realistic option anymore. Support mentioned this has been forwarded as a feature request, but there is no clear timeline yet. Hopefully this gets addressed soon. If native translation support for this feature is added, I’d be happy to update this review. -- Update: They fixed the issue mentioned in this review
