Great app with two critical features missing: 1) it should be possible to upload images and then tell the app NOT to upload any images if images already exist and 2) it should be possible to use both VENDOR name and SKU as match criteria. Thank you for your feedback and for sharing these suggestions with us. Regarding the vendor name + SKU matching, this is a customization we can enable on our side for stores that request it. We have already enabled this option for your store. For the “do not upload if images already exist” request, this is unfortunately not something the app can determine. Our app does not store product images on the app side for security reasons, so it cannot reliably know whether a specific image has already been uploaded before. All operations run with image names and product identifiers, where 2 different images may have the exact same image name. To make this happen, there are 2 options: 1st, merchants can separate new images in a new folder and run image uploads with the 'don't replace existing images' option, or if the existing images are also in the image folder, then the 'replace existing images' option will help to avoid duplicate images. This is WOW! This app made my day as I was very happy to find one like this. So easy to set up and use! Saves so much time. Actualy the difficulty of the photo upload was one of the reasons that was slowing down the development of my store. Another thing to mention is that my images are stored in subfolders in GoogleDrive and initial set up of the app was not alowing to navigate the retrieving process that way, but Farid - a guy from support who suggested me a help a second after I installed the app - solved that issue for me in 5 minutes. Great tool to get lost pictures back up online fast. You can match the image by SKU, TITLE, Barcode and a few others, including partial matches. Perfect if you have a huge catalogue or just to upload pics easily. Support is amazing. Thank you so much for your great review. If I could give 100 stars, I would — five just doesn't do this app justice. The app itself works flawlessly, but what truly blew me away was the support. Even before I had paid a cent, Özkan personally helped me for hours, both through chat and even a live meeting, making sure the image matching worked perfectly for my setup — and most of this on a regular weekend! The ease with which they could tailor the app to fit my very specific needs speaks volumes about how well it’s built under the hood. And the level of support I received — without even having spent one dollar yet — is the kind of customer experience you rarely get even when paying hundreds of dollars a month. Before finding this app, I had tried a few others, despite seeing the great reviews here. Every time, I ran into some issue: either the matching just didn’t work properly, or the systems were too rigid and limited. Reorganizing and renaming 150,000 images and reuploading them to a Dropbox wasn’t an option for me, so I’m incredibly thankful that Özkan and the team simply made it work like a breeze. I genuinely cannot recommend this app or the amazing team behind it enough!

Great app when dealing with large amounts of data and images. Contacted support for help on matching metafields and they made the change overnight. Contact support again for one to many matches and made the change while in chat. Great customer experience and support. Highly suggest this app when dealing with a lot of images. Really Powerful app. Very easy to use, I bulk uploaded 9,000 images with only a few issues caused by a few outlier SKU numbering formats. I used the in app chat to talk with the developer and they helped me get those last few issues sorted out within 10mins of starting the conversation on a weekend!. Throughly Recommend !

Fantastically powerful app. Enabled us to quickly import all the product and variant images for lots of products that would have been prohibitively time consuming to do manually. Who knows how many errors we would have made if we did it manually. The app sits nicely alongside the CS-Export Images app that we were able to use to get all the images we needed exported from my store, modify and then re-import with this app. Best of all is the support. Ozban was super responsive and helpful. Cannot fault.

Extraordinary app that does exactly and without fail what it promises: Avoid headaches when it comes to uploading more than 15K images. Ozkan's help is well worth that price, especially to solve the problems that arose when uploading files from my Dropbox that had hundreds of thousands of files. They immediately found a way to do it in a fluid way. The only problem that arose after the upload was not because of the app but the way Shopify handles duplicate images, adding a 36-character suffix even though you can now add the same image without a suffix (manually!!) to various variants in the Shopify dashboard when editing the product. Also, in Content > Files you can't reassign in bulk either, so instead of uploading a single image to assign it to four variants, Smart Bulk Image had to upload an image for each adding that suffix mentioned above. Fix this ASAP Shopify!! It shouldn't be very complicated, don't you think?

Love this App. 10 Stars. It is very easy to use. Allowing me to import hundreds of images with the SKU and override older images. Lets me know if there are items not found. It is truly a game changer. I don't think I could handle updates as quickly as we do if we manually updated the images. Works well, matching is quick and you can check before importing if the match has been correct. Uploading is in the background, you can work in between.
