While the UI of the app is clean and easy to use, its riddled with bugs. This means that the ability to filter and view on events often does not work, the session time is not accurate, session recordings are often cut off, and more recently, the recordings are duplicated. While the support team responds to your bug tickets, bugs are rarely resolved and you'll need to chase them to get any update. For a $30 / month app - this is not acceptable.
not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. Recorded only a fraction of the sessions and support leaves you hanging

Outstanding flexibility and exceptional service from SmartView. I’ve been using SmartView for a while now for my store, where size guides are critical, and I’m genuinely impressed by how adaptable and user-friendly it is. Setting up and maintaining is super flexible and straightforward, and their team is very quick and happy to help :) Highly recommend to any stores looking for a great size guide!
