Simpler than most others and has all the features you need to automate your whatsapp and insta mktg with auto-replied and AI agents. Great support too. I set up everything in a day!
This app is super feature-rich. They really understand what you're trying to do with your brand. The onboarding experience is exceptional and very personalised. They give you a lot of time, they really listen to you, and they're building lots of features. It's an awesome company with an awesome price point. I can't recommend them more.
We’ve been using Spur across multiple Shopify stores, and their support has been consistently helpful. Recently, we faced an issue while preparing a WhatsApp broadcast for more than 5,000 contacts. Everything appeared to be configured correctly, but the broadcast kept failing with an unknown error. Khizar and the Spur technical team investigated the issue and identified the exact cause: our Limited Time Offer template was 607 characters, while Meta allows only 600 characters for LTO templates. What impressed me most was that they also acknowledged that Spur’s template screen was incorrectly showing a 1,024-character limit and immediately started fixing it. After shortening the template, getting it approved, and testing again, the broadcast worked successfully. Thanks to Khizar and the technical team for taking ownership of the issue, investigating it properly, and getting us up and running. Great support and highly appreciated!
Spur has been a great addition to our store. The WhatsApp automation flows are easy to set up and have helped us improve customer engagement and conversions. The dashboard is user-friendly, and features like abandoned cart recovery, broadcasts, and customer support automation have made our operations much more efficient. Great experience so far. The team walked us through everything and we already have our abandoned cart flows running after just a few hours. Support was superr helpful with the technical bits. Highly recommend that you use this for your Shopify store.

Literally just got through setup and I’m already impressed. The onboarding was thorough and they actually helped us map out a strategy instead of just showing us where to click. Great tool for All automations on IG & FB Ads and Posts. Amazing AI tool. Their whatsapp automations and flows are also really cool. The best part of SPUR is their customer support, They are so patient and help you step by step with images and video explaination. Overall an amazon tool which is both connected and partnered with Shopify and Meta.

Loving Spur. Using it more than a month. Works Seamlessly. Easy to Integrate with great customer support. Always have been difficult to reply to all Dms and Comments on Instagram, but thanks to spur which has made it very easy. Both Sales and Instagram Post engagement has Increased with the automation. The best WhatsApp marketing app so far found by me. Best customer support I could ever imagine! They are very responsive and SPUR team is open for any future improvements. After trying so many api providers, finally, I got the right one, Spur. They have a very simple dashboard and excellent customer support for any issues. Spur is a really innovative platform—easy to use and with very useful features for D2C brands, such as simulcasting on the website and their Auto DM feature, which is very beneficial for a D2C brand. Additionally, Spur is very supportive. Royal, the founder, is always available to resolve issues or cross-check the setup. It's been a great experience, and we actually made a good number of sales during our live sessions.
SPUR is more transparent to show when the message is delivered or not delivered. Their smart try options helps you periodically retry the failed messages on Abadoned Cart. Team is approchable for any query. Spur as a tooll is easy to go to places for templates or flow configuration. It will take few days to understand. Once things are set, there is no turning back. Revenue is up by atleast 15% on Gross Sales after SPUR is on board as whatsapp automation partner. Tool is very neat to access.

Spur is a great platform to help us with Whatsapp and Meta conversations. The team is very forthcoming in working with a brand to make sure everything is up and running. Savya and the team are always prompt and have helped us setup flows going through many iterations to make sure we get everything right. Pricing model is also very simple compared to other apps. We always know how much we are spending and there are no surprises or complicated calculations to be done! Spur is an amazing platform for automation of whatsapp and instagram. It helped me save a lot of valuable time to focus on more core areas.
