BiteSpeed has been an excellent addition to our marketing stack. The dashboard is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a clear layout that simplifies campaign setup and performance tracking. We especially appreciate the detailed wallet usage breakdown, which helps us monitor and optimize cost efficiency effectively. The follow-up feature for broadcasts has been a game-changer, allowing us to automatically re-engage users who don’t convert initially, making it a valuable tool for driving additional revenue when used strategically. The BiteSpeed team, especially Annika and Aditya, have been incredibly helpful, proactive, and responsive throughout the onboarding process, making the transition smooth and helping us unlock the platform’s full potential. Early results have been strong, and with continued optimization, we’re confident we can scale our performance on BiteSpeed further. Additionally, BiteSpeed’s Instagram chatbot, popups, bars, spin-the-wheel, and cross-sell flow features open up exciting new opportunities for boosting on-site engagement and conversions. Overall, we’re very pleased with BiteSpeed and look forward to leveraging it even more for our growth.
