Easy to use, and it change the feel of my website. I don't need to answer q&a individually now. The helpdesk was super fast to answer and help me out when I got stuck. Very attentive and efficient. Shoutout to Martha!!

We’ve been really impressed with StoreFAQ, it’s made managing our FAQs so much easier and far more organised. The app is simple to use, integrates seamlessly with our store, and allows us to present information clearly to customers, which has definitely reduced repetitive enquiries. The flexibility to customise and update content quickly is a big plus, and everything looks clean and professional on the front end. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed. This is a really nice app that does everything that I need it to. My support question about a small feature tweak was solved the same day. It was already there and they guided me right to it. After trying quite a few FAQs, this one rose above them all.

Still testing the app with our store but so far, the Support Help from Loren was very helpful with resolving issues while building the FAQ page. Thank you! I will update my review once the page is fully launched. EDIT: Recently had issues with the app because of the subscription overhaul and Nicole was able to help me through the new process. 100% recommend their app and team!

This is a great app and they have great support. Sadman walked me through how to install and setup the app. They have a free plan which I am going to start using now and put the questions I get from the customers so the shop is more informative

Santos solved a problem for me in just a few minutes that I had been trying to solve myself for hours. Now the FAQs are neatly integrated into our website and we can refer our customers to them. Great!

Fairly easy to use. There are a couple of features I'd like to see added; mainly around configurability, but nothing major. Customer service has been fantastic. They were very prompt and responsive with support and accommodating with my questions. They took time to answer my questions and even work with their dev team to quickly address an issue I had. They were fast and great with communication and support and very easy and friendly to work with.

I really like this app for its functionality. It's great that it includes structured data (schema markup) for SEO, and it's very flexible for customization on any page. I needed some help adapting the FAQ block to match my website's unique style. I'm new to Shopify and am getting my bookstore website ready for a product launch later this week. I downloaded Store FAQ to create a Q&A for customers. I liked the look and feel on the back end of of this app and the interface is very pleasing. I ran into a little snag when it came to publishing. Customer support was easy to find and Martha went above and beyond to help me get my FAQ live on my homepage and even helped me get my branding colors adjusted. I like the flexibility of this app and how it can be used in many ways within the store. I highly recommend!

Easy to use and functional. This was the only collapsible FAQ app I could find that allowed videos to be inserted. It works great and is easy to use. The support is excellent. I had an issue were the videos weren't adjusting for mobiles but they fixed that straight away without any fuss or cost. Very happy.
