Great app and great support!

Good tool and delivers as promised! No more missing alt-texts

Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting. Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data. I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies. Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool. If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us. Hi, we’re very sorry for the challenges over the past months and truly appreciate your patience. The issues with inaccurate Meta marketing costs and other bugs have now been fully fixed, and your data should now reflect accurate results. I had so far a very negative experience. First of all, it is way more expensive than you initially think it is. You need to pay for the Self-Service add-on. Because without it, you can't effectively use the live chat and pop-up. While with other customer support tools, this is normally included for free. Also the customer support so far has been very poor and limited. Not what you would expect from....a customer support tool.

Onboarding with PostCo was one of the best experiences I've had. Aisyah is a rockstar.

pricing is incorrect. There is a tiering on the # of returns per year. Making the cost more than double. These guys don't want smaller merchants, that is obvious. Also incredible inefficient onboarding. You can't download and install their app, but need to receive a demo and talk to a sales person first before receiving an activation code.

Fantastic APP and even better support!

I had a serious issue. I disabled the APP and the Rewards Bar, but the APP was still showing on my cart & checkout. Seriously interfering with the buying process and causing lost sales. Even though I disabled the app it was still showing on my theme. It took 24hrs but it was fixed in the end. Happy with the app.
